Objective: To construct an intervention protocol for the core symptom cluster in postoperative glioma patients receiving chemotherapy based on Symptom Management Theory, and to provide evidence for clinical nursing practice and future intervention studies.Methods: Under the guidance of Symptom Management Theory, the core symptom cluster in postoperative glioma patients receiving chemotherapy was identified using network analysis based on a previous cross-sectional study. Subsequently, an evidence-based approach was applied to retrieve relevant literature through the 6S evidence model in a top-down manner. Eighteen high-quality studies were included, and 38 items of intervention evidence were summarized. Based on these findings, a preliminary intervention protocol was drafted and further revised through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results: After two rounds of Delphi consultation, consensus was achieved among 12 experts. The expert authority coefficient was 0.911, Kendall’s coefficient of concordance was 0.187 (P<0.05), and the mean item coefficient of variation ranged from 0.100 to 0.136. The final protocol included six domains: target population, forms and settings of participation, organization and implementers, intervention content, evaluation time points, and outcome indicators.Conclusion: The intervention protocol developed in this study showed acceptable scientific rigor and reliability. It may serve as a reference for symptom cluster management in postoperative glioma patients receiving chemotherapy, although its effectiveness should be further validated in clinical practice.
