The survey design was adopted for the study. The primary data were collected through structured questionnaires administered to sixty five (65) SMEs that were stratified randomly selected. The data collected were analysed using regression analysis to test the relationship among the variables. An analysis of variance was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the study signify that the electronic commerce applications have a significant and positive impact on business process in electronic payment system, customer support service, order and delivery, marketing, and advertising.
