A mapping of the traditional processes used by the Provincial Municipality of Puno was carried out according to its organization chart and it has been detected that the process for a project to be viable at the design level is long and for the same project to be executed there are facts. bureaucratic; Therefore, a new mapping of processes is proposed with the methodology of the Construction Information Model to streamline the processes of the entity, and finally a proposal for improvement is proposed with the pilot plan or implementation of the approach of the terms of reference with guidelines of the methodology of the Construction Information Model in projects that are in the bidding stage to obtain a level of detail indicated in the technical specifications of each project.
