The Effect of 3D-Printed Scaffolds in Orthopedics
01About This Special Issue
University professors and teachers are responsible for the special issue. These collective dates could improve our understanding about bone repairment in clinical with research interest for future studies. We believe this collection of research provides further depth to realize the relationship among tissue engineering, bone regeneration, angiogenesis and stem cells.
It was a pleasure for receiving and discussing the special issue and learning about the diverse materials and methods in engineering that are being used to solve the obstacle that we faced in the clinical studies. The research articles included in this issue are organized into three interrelated themes: (a) bone defect and graft, (b) tissue engineering, and (c) bone formation mechanisms.
Aims and Scope:
- Tissue engineering
- Bone regeneration
- Stem cells
- Angiogenesis
- Pharmacology
- Mechanisms of bone formation
