01About This Special Issue
Human capital takes place in literature as one of the main determinants of countries’ economical indicators. Productivity of human capital increases depending on rise of knowledge. It is also necessary to be prioritized innovation activities for sustainable growth. High- technology products are very important for economic growth and development. The active countries which are production leader of these products care about innovation activities overly.Innovation is crucial variable about meeting the knowledge and experience accumulation necessity to get high- technology products. Countries which are powerful on human capital accumulation can create skilled labour and take part as societies which product technology-intensive goods. These countries are leader about getting high technology products thanks to new developed techniques which were cerated by themselves. At the same time concerned countries have enough stock and skilled labour to export these products to other countries around the globe.
