Insects play key roles in the ecology of the world owing to their vast diversity of function, habitat, form, and life-style their considerable biomass and their interaction with plant life and other organisms including the environment. Since they are the major contributor to diversity in the diverse habitats thus they play a variety of extremely important ecological roles accordingly with the varying functions of the respective eco-system. Likewise, it is fundamentally important to profoundly explore the insect’s behavior, ecology and their pest control ability. With this Insect ecology also provides basis for managing complex or more often complementary effects on services provide by ecosystems which involves resource production, cultural values, supporting and regulating services. In addition to affecting the production of plant and animal sources of food, building materials, medical and industrial resources, insects themselves provide valuable food, silk and pharmaceutical products.

This special issue will be fully dedicated to the insects and their behavior, ecology, predation, physiology and reproduction. Original researches for new contributions in these fields, as well as review articles, are encouraged for the publication.
