About This Special Issue
Nanotechnology has developed as an advance form of technology in the scientific field in the recent year and is acting as a boon to researchers. Now it is being used in agriculture by various researchers as a sustainable and eco-friendly approach. Synthesis of nanoparticles and their application in various areas of Plant Biology has developed interest in management of various fungal and bacterial diseases, disease suppression, improvement in plant growth, increase in yield and in some plants improving the defense mechanism against various plant pathogens. Use of chemical pesticides is being minimized by nanotechnology without affecting the micro biota and will mark a new era in the scientific field.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Plant Pathology
  2. Disease Management
  3. Crop Improvement
  4. Synthesis of Nanoparticles
  5. Plant Growth
  6. Bio-control Agents
