About This Special Issue
Differential equation has always been a very active research branch in the theoretical mathematics and applied mathematics since last century. It is widely applied in many fields, such as mathematical physics, quantum mechanics, population ecology, neurobiology, epidemics, immunology, physiology, environmental science, control science and so on. On the basis of the most basic ordinary differential equation models, the mathematical models of above fields are often related to the theories and numerical calculations of many other kinds of differential equations, such as nonlinear partial differential equations, functional differential equations, impulsive differential equations and their applications, stochastic differential equations, fractional differential equations, algebraic differential equations and so on, and most of these differential equations are hot issues of theoretical mathematics and applied mathematics in recent decades.
Aim and scope:
Basing on above backgrounds, the present issue will provide a platform to young researchers and mathematicians to present their work in the special issue of SPG, share their views, ideas and also to be benefitted by the work of other mathematicians.
The topics covered in the special issue will be as follows, but not limited to these
1. Ordinary differential equations and their applications
2. Nonlinear evolution equations and their applications
3. Functional differential equations and their applications
4. Impulsive differential equations and their applications
5. Stochastic differential equations and their applications
6. Fractional differential equations and their applications
7. Algebraic differential equations and their applications
8. Numerical calculations for above differential equations
