About This Special Issue
This study deals with the management In the Catchment Area. The objective of this paper is to assess the water balance in the Catchment Area from inflow and outflow. A better knowledge of this water balance will allow reducing, in the short, medium and long term, water shortages due to climate change. It will also allow facing the water needs of the populations. The water balance was used as an approach to estimate the water input to the watershed and output for water requirements such as irrigation, electric power, and raw water. Its application derives from the conservation principle of water volumes. The results will give the difference between inflow and outflow along catchment area and sub catchment area. The climate change along one year will give impact for water availability in the river. Climate change will be influenced by dry and rain season in one year. Dry season can give the water availability is low and rain season can give high. These two conditions will impact for inflow and outflow in the water balance. The water balance analysis will give the solution for stakeholder and government with one important objective in the water resource management especially in utilization water resources. Utilization water resources is to maintain water availability from drought and water control from rainy.

Aims and Scope:

  1. Inflow
  2. Outflow
  3. Catchment Area
  4. Climate
  5. Rainfall
