About This Special Issue
The Special Issue of Corporate Finance and Accounting’s target is to publish high quality, original research papers that would critically address and analyze issues related to corporate finance and accounting. The areas covered in the journal would include: the finances of organizations, financial structure, corporate restructuring, corporate governance arrangements, and international financial management to name a few. Although topics would broadly financial in nature, the journal is interested in papers from other related disciplines; in particular accounting and economics, which shed further light on the financing decision process. The journal operates a peer review system whereby each paper is sent to two referees.
