About This Special Issue
Tourism is a complex activity; in it, a number of sciences are intertwined for study, analysis and for the development of destinations, products and tourism actors.
From these we will study and analyze the tourist activity within society, the economy, engineering, psychology, governance, paradoxes, leisure and evolution, serving for this purpose other sciences and disciplines, framed within a critical theory that allows analyzing the tourist activity in a recipient country or destination and the consequences on society, environment, economy, etc.; to rethink tourism beyond services, and beyond tourism bipolarity between industry and tourism knowledge in the same idea. This will allow to create a tourist emancipation and the production of new tourist knowledge or knowledge.
The articles presented in this magazine will allow us to understand, understand and analyze tourism as an open system, which allows the development of theoretical thinking as well as its rooting and historical evolution, which allows us to analyze the actors as synchronously and synchronously Contemporary tourist activity.
The dynamics of the current tourism system, as well as its actors emphasize competitiveness as an essential point in the quality of mobility and reception of mass tourism, also, in the issues of globalization and exacerbated competition show us manifestations of hostility of native actors towards tourism. This forces the state to justify public policies or intervention in the tourism sector. Tourism now faces security risks within the activity.
In this special issue of the journal SciencePG we will seek to highlight tourism, which today is the reflection of the societies in which it is inserted. Its conception and practice have evolved like all societies in themselves and translates ideology, politics, economy, social, culture, management, technology and sustainability.
