Due to the gigantic changes the new technologies provide, the concentration of the population in big metropolis, the productive restructuration and work scheme. One of the principal resources the human possess is creativity, in that sense the creative economy involves the generation of ideas and knowledge immersed in the cultural economy through tangible assets like art, entertainment, design, architecture, publicity, gastronomy and the knowledge economy materialized by the use of robotics, nanotechnology and aerospace industry.
To be considerate creative the goods and services must reunite some requirements like the quality to be functional in an accessible price and possess attributes that make them unique in their kind, it must incur diverse discipline of knowledge in their creation. The regions are conscious of the transformations happening in their surroundings and must search the alternatives of development so they can include the new dynamics and compete in the globalized world.
In this sense the urban infrastructures requires the usage and design of new materials and bring more accessibility, promote the use of renewable energy and new materials. Promote the culture and create conscience that the resources won’t be forever.
