About This Special Issue
The objective of archaeology is to conduct research on the remains of human beings from the beginning up to now, as well as to evaluate the lifestyle, customs, art, and architecture of ancient people. Field surveys and archaeological excavations have been conducted in line with finding the identity and culture of ancient civilizations. Therefore, this goal can be achieved using field surveys, especially archaeological excavations. Hence, papers in relation to the evaluation of approaches and techniques, archeological excavation, and field survey results of all eras from all over the world are published in field archeology. In addition, papers are published with respect to environmental archeology, regional settlement patterns, and remote sensing in archeology.
