About This Special Issue
This issue covered a wide range of studies related to thermodynamic and reaction engineering. From thermodynamic view if point, Main scopes of the issue contain studies on equilibrium, equation of state and other researches focused on thermodynamic basis of chemical engineering and its applications in problem encountered in chemical engineering. In reaction engineering, studies conducted on reacting system includes developing global and detailed reaction mechanism, reducing reaction mechanism and other researches from this field. The experimental data on the both fields, thermodynamic and kinetic reaction, were also accepted. The applications of thermodynamic and reaction kinetic engineering were considered in the proposed issue which contains simulation, modeling, sensitivity analysis and optimization of chemical processing plant. The subsequent analyses after thermodynamic and reaction engineering were also encouraged. These analyses contains a wide range studies such as energy, excergy, economic and environmental assessment of the process.

Aims and Scope:

  1. Thermodynamic
  2. Kinetic
  3. Modeling
  4. Simulation
  5. Optimization
  6. Mechanism
