Public Policy and its administration is what drive every sector of governance within this modern democratization systems and structures. Governments all over the world rule with their constitutions but aside that they formulate policies to propagate the growth needed for the economy. This policy formulation to grow the public sectors in Africa is a bane and continuously staggering as under developed economies. This simply implies that the policies that are formed faces a lot of implementation challenges since the outcome of many of such policies are even redundant, and never achieved any results. The problem of public policies been enacted and passed and to be implemented in African countries lucks administrative skills and standards of public integrity and effectiveness. Hence, the failure of African countries in delivering to their people is based on the same policies the leaders and the governments institutions envisage are less achieved in principles and in practice. This research is eminent as it seems that most of the African governments have lost these terms ‘public policy and administration’ practices to achieve good governance. It is therefore, also imperative to substantiate practices of public policy implementation in the advanced world to that of African practice. This would be an applied research in order to find a constructive conclusions and recommendations to advice on policies determinations and implementation in the public sectors and how it should be administered.
