Background of the problem of this research (1) How is the design of explanatory text e-module teaching materials based on local wisdom for SD/MI students? (2) What are the results of implementing local wisdom-based explanatory text e-module teaching materials for SD/MI students? This research uses research and development methods (Research and Development) with the ADDIE (Analysis Design Development Implementation Evaluate) model. The steps of this research consist of needs analysis, designing teaching materials (e-modules), developing teaching materials (e-modules), product implementation (e-module teaching materials), and product evaluation (e-module teaching materials). The method of collecting data in this study was by collecting data from the results of expert validation questionnaires and student assessment questionnaires. Data acquisition was analyzed descriptively by using a Likert scale. The results of the validation test by material experts obtained a value of 3.1, the validation test by the mediating expert obtained a value of 3.56. The validation test by the Indonesian language teacher obtained a value of 3.13. Abstract: Folklore is oral literature conveyed by a person or group of people in a society. Folklore learning contains noble values that contain educational values that can be used as the development of character education. Character education can be done by selecting appropriate learning materials. In order for teaching materials to be as expected, it is necessary to develop teaching materials. Teaching materials developed must make it easier for students to learn the material and keep abreast of technological developments that will help students understand the material presented. This study aims to obtain digital folklore text teaching materials with educative values for SMP/MTs students. The folklore texts in this teaching material are taken from the people of Indramayu Regency. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The sample in this study consisted of two categories, namely students from Indonesia and students from Malaysia. The stages in this research are (1) collection and analysis of folklore structures, (2) design and development of digital teaching materials, (3) expert validation, (4) implementation of digital teaching materials in learning. The results of this study showed that Indonesian students obtained a score of 83% and Malaysian students obtained a score of 82%. This proves that digital teaching materials for SMP/MTs students are considered very feasible for use in learning. The results of the feasibility assessment from material experts scored 84%, linguists and literature experts scored 80%, and media experts scored 62%. Overall, this teaching material is appropriate for use in learning for SMP/MTs students.

Abstract: There is a great effort in curriculum reforms in Ghana to create opportunities to close the gender gap in mathematics achievement for Senior High School (SHS) students. However, it remains unclear how female students are ready to bridge this gap in other to take-up mathematics related programs at the tertiary level. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between senior high school female students’ attitude and their mathematics achievement. The study was grounded in a pragmatic paradigm, using a sequential explanatory mixed-method design with questionnaires and interview guide as the research instruments to collect data from the respondents. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 331 female students. The findings showed that, self-confidence, r =.13, n = 331 and P < 0.05 (.016 <.05), enjoyment of mathematics, r =.22, n = 331 and P < 0.01 (.000 <.01), and value of mathematics r =.11, n = 331 and P < 0.05 (.04 <.05) had a positive and significant relationship with mathematics achievement whiles motivation r =.07, n = 331 and P > 0.05 (.20 >.05) have no relationship with mathematics achievement. The implication of the study to teaching and learning is that teachers should use instructional strategies that would meet the needs of all female students. Teachers must also take into account students' learning differences and assist them with the counselling they need to increase the students’ motivation towards mathematics.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to explain the design of project-based learning model with the help of digital media in teaching persuasive speech texts in SMP/MTs. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. This study uses a qualitative approach with the ADDIE model development method. Data collection was in the form of teacher and student activities in every aspect of learning model design, speech text assessment instrument, viewing instrument sheets and presentation of speech text products. The form of data in this study is in the form of pretest and posttest scores for speech text assessment sheets. From the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability to write speech texts in the pretest and posttest obtained an average score of 68,70 in pretest and 86,24 in the posttest, including in the good category. The result of the analysis of the N-gain score are 0,5635 in the range 0.3 ≤ g ≤ 0.7 in the medium category. From user/educator data on the implementation of the digital media-assisted learning model design used with interpretation criteria an average of 89% is included in the very feasible category. That is, the design of a project-based learning model assisted by digital media is able to improve students’ abilities in making speech texts. Which illustrates an increase in effectiveness and value scores after using the project-based learning model. The design of the Digital Media Assisted Project-Based Learning Model in Persuasive Speech Text Learning is a combination of Project Based Learning and Digital media, so the design of this model is very much needed by teachers in persuasive Speech text learning. From the implementation of the use of the digital media-assisted Project based Learning model, it can be concluded that the developed digital media-assisted project-based learning model in learning persuasive speech texts in SMP/MTs is very feasible for teachers and students to use in learning.
