Abstract: Under the background of the new normal economy, the financing mode of local governments has changed, which has led to the emergence of a new pattern in China's financing market. Under this background, banks are facing the development pressure of subject diversification, financial disintermediation and cross-border competition. Commercial banks also actively promote the compliance development of emerging businesses such as financial market through the "comprehensive direction", so as to form a balanced and complementary development situation with traditional credit business. Therefore, this paper taking credit risk and related theories as the starting point, KMV model is selected to study domestic bank risk monitoring. Then, China Merchants Bank is taken as the research object, Shengjing Bank, Harbin Bank, Qingdao Bank and Chongqing Bank are taken as horizontal comparison. The data sampling time span is January to December 2018, as vertical comparison. Five banks were evaluated for credit risk, and it was found that the default distance of China Merchants Bank was relatively small and the default probability was relatively large. However, according to the calculation and analysis of KMV model, the default probability and return volatility of China Merchants Bank rank first among the five commercial banks, but at the same time, it maintains a high net profit margin of 129.3% in 2018, which shows that China Merchants Bank has a strong ability to control credit risk.

Abstract: Sociology commonly known as "a collection of social facts" Gabel, [5] has successively moved from explanation with Durkheim, [4] to understanding with Weber, [14]. The various objects of study of this discipline subsequently led to a junction between explanation and understanding for a better appropriation of social facts. The renewal of social dynamics has led to a certain updating of sociology. Consequently, beyond the past time favoring the diachronic reflection, while passing by the present time exploring synchronic analysis, sociology wants to be and must be a science of the future, justifying the opportunity of a prospective analysis. This text therefore proposes to analyze the employment of young Beninese, through strategic foresight. It is essentially quantitative. The forward-looking approach makes it possible to anticipate the future through the development of sustainable strategies, underlying structural analyzes and stakeholder games. The technique of simple random sampling made it possible to extract the sample from the survey population. The various data collected were analyzed manually and processed using WORD and EXCEL version 2010 software, after codification and verification. The construction of the vision scenarios was implemented through morphological analysis, in particular thanks to the MORPHOL application. The implementation of this approach made it possible to select two (02) sets of hypotheses, thus leading to the probable scenarios of youth employment by 2039: decent employment for all; lack of employment.

Abstract: This paper proposes the need for the patriarch social construct. The patriarch social construct has been historical and evolutionary. The paper emphasized the need to see through the scientific and social justifications of establishing the patriarchy rather than populism and trend of rejecting it. The paper discussed why patriarch social construct is needed and why failure to adopt such a social construct is harmful and detrimental to the individual, the family, the society and the wider demography. The paper has used extensive sociological and psychological research on gender studies. The obstacle to patriarchy has also been discussed and it has been shown that gender equality is logically and ontologically impossible to achieve. The paper also revealed the irrationality of the bias “affirmative action” policy and implied, why if we can adopt such policy towards matriarchy then why cannot we adopt the rational “affirmative action” policy towards patriarchy? The paper has reached the conclusion based on the sex and gender differences between man and woman. As the patriarch social construct is also an effective solution in avoiding deadlock and rivalry in a relationship and thus preserving long term familial and demographic stability, so future studies must be focused on how to achieve an equitable patriarchy.

Abstract: Language is an important part of social culture. Language and culture interact with each other and are mutually conditional. Language is a mirror reflecting society. The choice of language reflects the culture and ideology of the language users. Sexism, as a universal social phenomenon, will be reflected in languages with specific social and cultural awareness. Sexism is a prejudice without sufficient factual basis held by members of one gender against members of another gender. It is a social attitude that deviates from objective facts and is a direct manifestation of thought. Belittling and discrimination against women are common in English language. Objectively speaking, the term "sexism" refers to both men and women. The word "sexism" in this paper mainly refers to discrimination against women. Language is not static, but evolves with social history. As a result, the degree of sexism in language varies from period to period. Since the 20th century, thanks to the efforts of feminists, linguistic scholars and the public, sexism in the English language has been greatly weakened, and the neutrality of English has become increasingly evident. The phenomenon of sexism in English language has existed for a long time and has received widespread attention. This paper enumerates representative examples of everyday language phenomena, discusses the sexism in English language, explores the reasons behind it, and deduces the development trend of sexism in English language.
