Abstract: The paper chooses the index of urban logistics competitiveness, constructs the evaluation system of urban logistics competitiveness, uses SPSS17.0 to select the four most competitive cities in the 13 major cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei: Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, and the four cities are used as the important node cities for the logistics development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Based on the breaking point theory, using breaking point formula, field strength formula and radiation radius formula, the paper can calculate the location and field strength between the four key nodes cities and the rest of the city, then the paper select the boundary field strength to calculate the logistics impacts of the four cities which are the most competitive in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Finally paper can determine the scope of their impacts. According to the above steps paper can analyze the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics development status, and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions about logistics integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.

Abstract: The institution supply is an important dimension of China's supply-side reform, in which the reform and optimization of tax system structure is an important measure to promote economic growth. This paper first reviewed the literatures about how the tax structure influences economic growth. Then, this paper used the reform of Chinese tax system as a starting point for the study, measured nearly 20 years of HP and HHI index to reflect the changes in tax structure, and analyzed the difference between the direct tax and the indirect tax on the economic growth. Finally, on the basis of the empirical conclusion of this paper, it put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.

Abstract: Ethiopian MSEs are at early stage of development and face various constraints. One of the most crucial problems is financial constraint for start-up and operational activities. In order to promote MSEs as engines of growth, it is essential to understand the bottlenecks surrounding MSEs' access to finance. The main objective of this study is therefore to identify factors enabling successful access to formal financial sources. 200 sample MSEs selected from three towns in west Oromia region are used for this study. The finding indicated that; availability of collateral, MSE’s age, Sector of the MSEs, Legal ownership, owner’s or manager’s age, owner’s or manager’s religion and Size of the MSE significantly determine access to bank credit at p < 0.1. It was also found that Keeping accounting record, Sector, Legal ownership, owner’s or manager’s age, owner’s or manager’s business experience and Size of the MSE significantly determine access to credit from MFIs at p < 0.1. From supply side, high interest rate and long loan procedures are the main factors. This implies that though MFIs are established to provide credit to MSEs, the system of credit provision is almost similar with banks.

Abstract: With the increasing competition of market economy, the development of enterprises must establish a reasonable price mechanism. This article from the perspective of game logic: the game under the state of free competition among enterprises is the game of rational people to maximize the benefits, in order to achieve the purpose of price mechanism is often taken prisoner's dilemma model; dynamic game logic analysis of enterprise development, in cooperation with other enterprise's price strategy; government regulation is necessary to repair the price mechanism of market competition situation.

Abstract: The paper shows how the Internet has moved to a radical expansion with the Internet of Things (IoT) with everything being connected up to a scale of aggregate capacity and complexity. It could evolve into a network where not only each node could be a computational device but by itself would also be an intelligent computing device that could replace human supervision and control as through Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Internet of Things (IoT) as being embedded in the ‘Industrial Internet’ (IIoT) is a new paradigm shift that comprehensively affects computers and networking technology. In German industry and beyond this is referred to as ‘Industry 4.0’. This technology is going to increase utilization and diversified connectivity followed by Bandwidth of the Internet. More and more (intelligent) devices in this network are connected to the Internet through various combinations of sensor networks.

Abstract: In recent years, a number of new municipal utilities (Stadtwerke) re-established in energy sector in Germany. From the end of 1980s through the 1990s, the privatization of utilities and outsourcing was a dominant trend; recently, a reverse paradigm can be seen, with local governments showing a remarkable tendency to establish new public energy companies. In this paper, focusing on trends in re-municipalization of energy business occurring in Germany, especially focusing on decentralized power systems by municipalities. On the other hand, this paper confirmed the concept of re-municipalization and clarified the goal that the local governments are aiming for. Through the activities, these municipalities are aiming to work at all stages of the value chain of new local economic value added creation. These activities cover many areas related to energy supply.

Abstract: Persistence of acquirer returns is one of the most important considerations when corporations making acquisitions. Therefore, the paper aims to analyze the sustainability of acquisition performance and its affected factors. The first part focuses on analyzing persistence of frequent and occasional acquirers’ returns. Regression analysis and mean value test are adopted in this section to verify whether the acquisition performance is persistent in the subsamples mentioned above. It proved that the persistence of frequent acquirers’ return is more significant than occasional acquirers by comparing the experimental results of two subsamples. The other part of the paper aims to find out the main influence factors on persistence of frequent acquirer returns. Specifically, Firm characteristics and management structure impact the sustainability of acquisition performance to some extent. But the explanation degree is limited according to OLS regression result. In this case, fixed effect model is introduced into the paper. In addition, LR test proves the fixed effect model is superior to the mixed effect model. It turns out that besides firm characteristics and management structure, the persistence of acquirer returns is determined by some unobservable factors of the specific firm, such as acquisition skill, capability of valuating and integrating the target asset. This conclusion explains the fact that the persistence of frequent acquirers’ return is more significant than the occasional acquirers mentioned above.
