Abstract: Population forecasting models play an important role in analyzing current population processes and predicting their future development. The Republic of the Congo saw population growth from 1.02 million to 5.66 million people between 1960 and 2021. This is an increase of 455.6% over 61 years. Urbanization is a trend that is accelerating and growing at a 3.2% yearly rate with the country's current economic situation, which is not ideal. The objective of this study is to show and forecast the population growth rate in Congo B using the ARIMAX system. Based on the data of per capita GDP and population growth rate in Congo B from 1982 to 2019, this paper uses per capita GDP as the input variable and population growth rate as the response variable and uses the ARIMAX model for research. The predictions for Congo B's population growth rate in 2020-2024 were correct. The results were 11.77‰, 11.60‰, 11.55‰, 11.34‰, 11.03‰, respectively. This indicates a country with a lower population growth rate. The results of this work allow the government and Congolese leaders to use them as a reference when creating a baseline and responsible growth strategy because they show that the rate of population expansion in Congo B will slow over the next five years and that migration will remain moderate.

Research on Evolutionary Game of Collaborative Innovation Among High - Tech Industries - From the Perspective of Trust Relationship

Abstract: In the era of 'Internet+' background, large flow, strong liquidity and short shelf life become the characteristics of information, technology specialization, increasing complexity, it is difficult for individual enterprises to grasp all the elements needed for successful innovation. In order to study the problem of collaborative innovation among high-tech inadustries, from the perspective of trust relationship between subjects, an evolutionary game model of collaborative innovation is constructed based on the technology intensity and spillover of high-tech industries, and the strategy evolution of subjects under market mechanism and government regulation is analyzed. The results show that innovation output and technology transformation ability promote collaborative innovation; r & D costs, 'free rider' income and so on hinder the collaborative innovation between industries; the influence of trust relationship and distribution coefficient on collaborative innovation depends on the situation. In addition, through simulation, it is found that the reward and punishment mechanisms of policies have their own advantages and disadvantages and complement each other, and the impact of supervision on collaborative innovation is diminishing marginal benefits. It is found that a reasonable policy combination can stimulate innovation potential more effectively. It is proposed that the strong technology spillover and mutual solubility between high-tech industries also lead to technology imitation. In the process of collaborative R & D, it is necessary to establish a solid strategic partnership, adhere to trust rationality, grasp the scale, and promote collaborative innovation. Under the principle of trust rationality, information sharing, cost sharing, and efforts to increase technology and information output can increase innovation benefits; the government should follow the economic law when making policies, rationally combine policies, make good use of the 'push' and 'pull' of the policy reward and punishment mechanism, promote collaborative innovation among industries, and enhance the driving force of innovation for economic development.

Abstract: Vietnam's real estate market has grown enormously as the government promotes public investment. In particular, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a great impact on changing consumer habits. Customers often search for information about real estate projects and brands through social media platforms before consulting relatives or brokers. A brand with a higher level of awareness will be more valuable and trusted by many customers choosing projects. Therefore, it can be affirmed that it is necessary to determine the influence of social media marketing efforts on brand awareness. This study examined the relationship between social media marketing efforts and customer brand awareness in the real estate industry in Vietnam. This study employed a deductive methodology coupled with a quantitative approach. The data collected from six hundred real estate clients were subjected to Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression, T-Test, and ANOVA techniques to determine the existence of an indirect relationship. According to the findings of this study, social media marketing efforts include five factors: Interaction, Trendiness, Entertainment, Customization, and Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) positively impact real estate customers' brand awareness. While customization significantly influences the customer's brand awareness, Trendiness has little impact on consumers' brand awareness. Still, it remains a crucial factor in enhancing the efficacy of social media marketing. Thus, real estate enterprises must improve social media marketing efforts to collect information efficiently, reach target customers, and facilitate sales.

Abstract: We employ the web-scraping technique and IMF residential property prices index methodology outlined in the latest RPPI practical compilation guide to compute the Nigeria’s Real Estate property Price Index (RPPI). The data was scraped from one of the largest real estate website in Nigeria hosting the largest real estate ads online. A total of 35,957 residential property sales ads comprising of 30,693 house and 5,264 flat/apartment listing from October 2021 to October 2022 was used for the study. A web scraping code was implemented in R-statistics to get the data. The asking price and other related information gotten from the website was used to compute the overall RPPI and its sub indices (for house and flats/apartments). The findings present the RPP national (total) index and sub-indices for the residential building (house) and residential flat/apartment. While the various data sources used in generating data for the RPPI computation have their advantages and disadvantages, the web scraping method provides a very timely approach, as data can be scraped almost immediately. This ensures timely policy decisions and implementation and also reduce the cost of survey tremendously if not totally. The study recommends the use of the web scraping technique in the generation of RPPI data to ensure timely policy decisions and internationally acceptable standard of RPPI compilation. With the web scraping approach to data collection, high frequency RPPI like monthly or weekly may be computed for the country.

Abstract: Under the background of digital economy era, manufacturing enterprises are faced with complex and changeable economic environment, competitive market environment and policy environment for transformation and upgrading. In order to adapt to environmental development, maintain competitive advantages and achieve new value creation goals, it is necessary to cultivate and build appropriate digital capabilities, including digital opportunity identification and digital resource coordination. This paper takes resource reconstruction as a subdivision perspective, takes manufacturing enterprises as the research object, and takes enterprise innovation practice as the explained variable, and discusses the path mechanism of capability-resource-innovation. Therefore, this paper proposes a research hypothesis around the relationship among enterprise digital capability, resource reconstruction and business model innovation, constructs a theoretical model among the three, and applies the hierarchical regression analysis method to conduct an empirical study on the data of 210 enterprises obtained through questionnaire survey, and tests these hypotheses. The results show that digital opportunity identification ability and digital resource collaboration ability have significant positive impact on business model innovation. Resource restructuring also has a positive effect on business model innovation; Enterprise digital opportunity identification ability and digital resource collaboration ability positively influence resource restructuring. In addition, resource restructuring plays an intermediary role between digital capability and business model innovation.

Abstract: As the core technology to lead the digital future and promote the industrial revolution, artificial intelligence (AI) technology can empower the whole chain of manufacturing enterprises, accelerate the fundamental transformation of production mode and enterprise form, guide enterprises to integrate artificial intelligence with green innovative technology, and improve energy efficiency. Based on the background of green transformation faced by the manufacturing industry, we discuss the mechanism of artificial intelligence to realize green innovation of enterprises through dynamic capabilities. AI orientation refers to the tendency and strategy of enterprises in introducing and applying AI technology. Based on the strategic management theory and the resource-based view, a questionnaire survey for manufacturing enterprises was conducted. Using regression analysis method to conduct empirical research on 204 valid questionnaire data, to test the hypothesis. The result shows that AI has a significant positive effect on the green innovation of enterprises. Both strategic sensing capacity and timely decision-making capacity positively affect the green innovation of enterprises. Strategic sensing capacity and timely decision-making capacity play a partial mediating role between AI and green innovation. AI gives the light to enterprise development to clarify the direction of progress of the production technology. Enterprises need to establish AI-orientated strategies in many aspects to realize green innovation and improve environmental performance.
