Abstract: The innovative potential of a small business largely depends on the human resources. Human resource potential lies on subconscious level, where innovations and ideas are stored. The speed and conditions for the spread of new ideas depend on the participants in the social system and their communication. The criteria for categorizing an innovator is the degree of acceptance of a new idea by an individual. Innovation process appears in systematically integrated network, with a high degree of cross-cutting of functions and interactions. The new ideas and alternatives are created by interpersonal conflicts. Most employees (85%) face conflicts. Conflicts at work mainly stem from a person's ego and personal confrontation. (49%). Georgia Small Business Development Policy should be focused on human capital development. Therefore, it will be interesting for companies to introduce different methods of human resource development along with the development of the business, which will allow hired employees to stay in the company from the perspective of long-term development and career advancement, where the interests of employees will be taken into account. Understanding the subconscious of the team and meeting the Maslow basic needs by NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) trainings will unlock the closed potential of human resources, reduce differences in employee perceptions, and uncertainly reduce conflict within the company. By "Capability Approach” method company development can be based on a broad dialogue in which all employees will participate. The employee should be given the opportunity to achieve the desired mental and physical condition in the company, which will reduce unclarity and conflicts in the company. The staff can be evaluated by the world-renowned "Human Development Index" (HDI), in particular, in terms of happiness, health, education level and income.

Abstract: Scientific results have been reported on the importance of Physics in the training of engineers, and applications in the solution of professional problems, but manifests as problematic the little existence of didactic proposals that articulate Physics with the specific sciences of the profession, highlighting inadequacies in the content professionalization. The objective of the work is to exemplify the professionalization of Molecular Physics and Thermodynamics in the Civil Engineering career, First year of Regular Course at the University of Holguín, and to assess the learning results of students, in the second semester of the 2020-21 school year. An exploratory and descriptive study was carried out with the use of theoretical, empirical and comparative analysis methods. The population was two natural groups of 22 students each. A random sample of 10 students (45.45%) from each group was taken. The results highlight the didactic development of the content professionalization, and value the learning of the students. It can be seen that the average of the grades in the frequent and partial evaluations of the experimental group is higher than the control group, which did not receive the influence of the didactic proposal (4.2-3.7). The results obtained show the feasibility of the application of the content professionalization in the training of Civil Engineers.

Abstract: Mushroom cultivation uses a wide variety of lignocellulosic waste and is an efficient way to recycle agro-forest residues to produce food. The cultivation of edible mushrooms using a wood-based substrate represents the bioconversion of that waste into edible protein. This review provides an overview of different wood-based substrates utilised for the production of mushrooms in the world and Nepal. Many agro-forest wastes have been utilized as substrates for the cultivation of mushrooms and have shown good yield with biological efficiency. Four major types of mushroom namely Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.) P. Kumm), Button mushroom (Agaricus bisporus), Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Singer) and Paddy straw mushroom (Volvariella volvacea) are cultivated commercially in Nepal. Paddy straw sawdust, maize cob and sugarcane bagasse were the most used substrates for Oyster mushrooms. Similarly, Quercus spp. and Alnus spp. wood logs were common for growing Shiitake mushrooms. Sawdust from different trees also offers a potential alternative substrate source for mushroom cultivation. Hardwood sawdust was an excellent mushroom substrate as they allow faster colonization providing better structure for the mycelium growth. A study showed the nutrient content, growth and yield of mushrooms vary depending on the substrate utilized. This showed more study is needed to acquire information on wood substrate ensuring the safety of consumers that is economically viable and readily available.

Abstract: It is intended, in this brief essay, to make a parallel between the authors Félix Guattari, Franco Berardi and Jacques Lacan, especially with regard to ecosophy (and its three registers, namely: that of the environment, that of subjectivity and that of social relations), the financial logic and its excesses (the financialization of everyday practices) and the capitalist discourse (version of the master's discourse, in Lacanian theory), respectively, aiming to criticize the current economic model and its repercussions in the ecological crisis of the Anthropocene. To this end, an introduction to the authors and their theories was established, a diagnosis of the contemporary context (as a diagnosis of the present, from a historical-conceptual interpretation), perspectives of analysis (based on interlocution), from the aforementioned authors, and ecosophy, art and new practices were listed for structural changes in view of the criticisms pointed out in the text. Finally, a conclusion was reached, open to discussion (more as a provocation, a reflection), in the face of issues such as ESG, circular economy and organizational culture. In this sense, it should be noted that such practices cannot serve only as marketing, as imposture (which often happens), but as effective actions, especially in the corporate field.

Abstract: This descriptive study surveyed the perceptions and the attitudes of a group of Yemeni student teachers towards technology use in a blended course (BC). It also aims at finding out whether the student teachers differ in their perceptions and attitudes towards blended learning based on their gender. The sample of the study consisted of (128) Yemeni EFL student teachers of the third level who are studying Morphology and Syntax at the Department of English in the College of Education in Sana’a University. The study attempted to answer research questions regarding (a) their perceptions about technology use in a blended classroom, and (b) if the participants’ perception about technology use differ based on their gender. The researchers collected the data via a questionnaire whose results showed positive perceptions about the face-to-face classroom and a negative attitude towards the Web course. The results of the current study showed that the highest mean average among the six domains of the attitudes towards technology use was the domain of Web course (M = 3.85), followed by the domain of Engaging (M = 3.16) and the domain of effectiveness(M = 3.05). In the fourth place came Motivation (M = 3.01) The last two domains with the lowest means were the domain of proficiency (M = 2.91) and the domain of performance (M = 2.48). Moreover, the differences between the attitudes of the male and female students were not statistically significant. The findings of the current study present some pedagogical implications and suggestions for future research studies.
