Abstract: Bijective epistemology results confirm models of “space-time” and “empty” space have no counterpart in physical universe. Time is a numerical order of material changes, i.e. motion in universal space where time is not its 4th dimension. NASA results confirm universal space is “flat”, means it corresponds to the Euclidean geometry. Riemann finite geometry seems not to be an adequate model of universal space. The only possible alternative is infinite Euclidean universal space which has origin in quantum vacuum where is always NOW. Universe does not run in time, on the contrary: time is a numerical order of material changes, i.e. motion which run in quantum vacuum.

Abstract: Einstein formalism E=m∙c2 describes relation between energy and mass. The missing equation is how mass is related with gravity. In this paper we will show that energy, mass and gravity which of a given particle have all origin in variable energy density of quantum vacuum. Quantum vacuum of Planck metrics is a fundamental arena of the universe. Every particle is made out of quantum vacuum energy and diminishes its energy density accordingly to the amount of its energy. Diminished energy density of quantum vacuum gives origin to inertial and to gravitational mass. Variable energy density of quantum vacuum is governing entire cosmic dynamics.

Abstract: The idea that time has its origin in entanglement is based on the preposition that “internal observer”, “external observer”, “coordinate time”, and “proper time” are theoretical models of the world which have a counterpart in the physical universe. Bijective epistemology based on the bijective function of set theory confirms that these models have no counterpart in physical universe; they are pure theoretical inventions on which we cannot build a consistent scientific theory. The idea that time could have its origin in entanglement does not have enough theoretical and experimental basis to be taken seriously as an adequate model of the physical world.

Abstract: The electromagnetic quantum vacuum of QED empowered with the Planck energy density is a model which comprehensively describes the origin of energy, mass, gravity and antigravity. A photon is a wave of quantum vacuum and has energy and so according to the mass-energy equivalence principle, a corresponding mass. A massive particle is a structure of quantum vacuum whose rest mass diminishes the energy density of the quantum vacuum, which generates mass and gravity. The kinetic energy of a relativistic particle originates from the quantum vacuum.

Abstract: Three fundamental stones of physics are: observation of given phenomena, development of the mathematical model of observed phenomena, experiment which proves or disproves adequacy of the model with observed phenomena. In modern physics this fundamental methodology is sometime not taken in account. Certain models are confirmed as valuable picture of physical reality without that phenomena under examination would be observed. This represents serious problem which physics will need to take in account in order to preserve foundations of its methodology.

Abstract: In contemporary established biology life is almost exclusively treated as a molecular phenomenon. Therefore the mystery of the origin of life is sought in molecular terms and processes. But according to certain advanced researches and considerations, life has also other essential "ingredients": active information and a special electrodynamic state of the liquid living matter characterized by coherent domains interspersed by the non-coherent ones. Coherent domains are the product of interaction of water molecules with the vacuum electromagnetic field; life has thus a special electromagnetic nature that is bound to the quantum vacuum field. This characteristic should also form the basis of the pre-biotic evolution, the phase of more or less organized liquid systems that leads from non-life to life. In this view water as an ensemble (not as an aggregate of molecules) replaces the famous DNA molecule in its importance and is seen as an active medium where the principle of active information can begin with its triumphant march from inanimate liquid systems up to contemporary highly organized organisms.
