Abstract: The study of the Muslim managers’ religiosity, personality and behavior has been underdeveloped. In this study, we examined the impact of religiosity, personality and behavior on Islamic work ethics. We posited that Islamic religiosity impacts on Islamic work ethics, personality and behavior positively. We also hypothesized that personality and behavior impacts on work ethics positively. Data were collected from 253 Muslim managers in FMCG industry in UAE. Data were quantitatively analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM). Results were in keeping with the model. The level of religiosity however was not found to affect Islamic work ethics directly but through the behavior and personality of Muslim managers. Theoretical implications and managerial ramifications were also discussed.

Abstract: Human-computer relation and interaction have been areas of significant interest in the last decades. While computers are supposed to increase the physical, cognitive and communication capacities of their users their perception is still multifarious. For most of the users computers are either godsend helps that aid humans with difficult tasks, or mythical objects, which are to be obeyed and complied with. For the members of the latter group computers are a massive source of stress - technostress - in their daily life. Present paper, through the theories of stress, endeavours to search for the reasons of such attitude, and potential ways of amending or modulating it.

Abstract: Based on the fact that structural unemployment is a part of the Hungarian present, it is very important to figure out, understand and identify the differences between demand and supply on the national labour market. The technical studies are the second popular on national level in 2015, while 45% of the employers emphasise recruiting problems in this area. Differences may occur because of many reasons such as: insufficient knowledge or flow of information, HR, individual, training, academic problems, etc. The study aims to present the technical students' motivation through questionnaire research to characterize their preparedness, interest and expectations in order to realize the possible matches and mismatches with the requirements of the labour market.

Abstract: We have been given new challenges by the “Information Age”. In the virtual world of cyber crime, cyber warfare and Big Brother, where the power of formal law is doubtful, where club law dominates, where we has had not enough time to develop well-established formal and informal rules yet, one of our greatest challenge is to form the new rules for the new world or, better to say, for ourselves. I have been collecting ICT related news for a long time. In this paper I provide a set of problematic fields and questions. These questions should be answered by ourselves, the sooner the better. It depends on us now whether we can form the new world of well-established rules, both written and unwritten, based on eternal human values – or the one in which human values will not play, a world without civilisation and culture. Now it is time to decide what kind of a basis the ethics of this new world will have, or whether it will have any ethics at all.
