Abstract: Online medical communities have bestially alleviated the traditional medical field problems that uneven distribution of medical resources and difficulty seeking medical treatment to a certain extent. Patients in the online medical community pay more attention to the doctors’ word-of-mouth (WOM), resulting in the doctors’ WOM effect. There are few studies on the influencing factors of doctors' WOM effect in online medical communities, hence this study has theoretical and practical application value. By integrating trust theory, social network theory, online reputation feedback mechanism and the research framework of WOM under the Internet, this study constructs factors’ four dimensions that have an impact on doctor's WOM effect, combined with control variables to construct influential factors of doctor's WOM effect in the online medical community. The corresponding indicators that affect the doctor's WOM effect were built and sorted by random forest regression with the doctor's online medical community data. This study performed random permutations and multiple regression based on the selected variables integrated with the control variables to obtain the optimal model. The multiple regression analysis illustrates doctor's WOM effect with control variables exploring the interaction effect. This study explores the optimal model that affects the doctors’ WOM effect in the online medical community and aims to reasonably guide the scientific operation of the online medical community platform.

Abstract: The study sought to highlight the safety and security risks encountered by the management, staff and guests in bed and breakfast (B&B) organisations, specifically in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. A perceived lack of security causes B&B establishments to be seen as easy targets for criminals, which makes these establishments the target of various types of crime and puts the guests’ and the B&B assets at risk. Security has been recognised for a considerable period as an important need for strengthening the growth and expansion of the accommodation sector, but especially the B&B industry in developing countries. The B&B sector plays an important role in the development of South Africa’s economy, with tourism capacity-building, creating employment, redistribution of income and encouraging local people to open small businesses. The objective of this article is to assess whether there are effective security systems in place to assist security personnel in the B&B industry in Idutywa and Butterworth in the Eastern Cape province to deal successfully with security issues at the B&Bs. A qualitative methodology was employed to collect data that would result in a narrative and form of interpretive practice. This methodology involved interviews in the form of meetings, writing notes, making voice recordings, and employing a naturalistic approach. This means that the phenomenon has been considered by the researcher in terms of physical settings and attempts to derive more understanding from the collected data. Qualitative research involves testing a subject through a theory. This was the first empirical investigation conducted in Idutywa and Butterworth for safeguarding assets, staff, and guests at B&Bs, and to consider strategies of crime prevention in the B&B industry. The examination took the form of interviews as the data collection tool, which involved 20 research participants comprising security officers, B&B managers, staff, and guests at the 15 selected B&B establishments in Idutywa and Butterworth in the Eastern Cape Province. The investigation examined and documented the vital role played by security officers, staff, and managers in the safeguarding of B&B assets, and staff- and guests’ valuables. The study also investigated the impact of crimes and incidents that took place in the selected establishments, as well as identifying the criminals responsible for these crimes. The study revealed that while management of the B&Bs was generally aware of possible criminal activities, and had taken precautions to prevent these, much still needs to be done.

Abstract: In order to study the impact on the China-Europe freight trains when the three main passages including Alashankou Port (Khorgos), Manzhouli, and Erenhot were attacked, Count the running routes of the China-Europe trains, make the running routes into an adjacency matrix, and calculate the changes of the network average degree, isolated node ratio, network efficiency, and network average distance of the China-Europe trains under the background of the interruption of the three main channels to analyze the changes of the China-Europe trains. The impact of train operation, The research shows that the container network of the China-Europe freight train is very sensitive to the connectivity of the three main channels, and the Alashankou Port (Khorgos) has the greatest impact. Next is Manzhouli, and again is Erenhot. When the three main channels are attacked, the average degree and network efficiency of the network drop significantly. In order to ensure the normal operation of the China-Europe freight train, the alternative routes are discussed, the perspective of ensuring safety is discussed, and corresponding safeguarding countermeasures are put forward. When the Alashankou port is blocked, trains departing from Alashan (Khorgos) in Xinjiang can take a detour from Erenhot. When Erenhot is blocked, trains departing from the Erenhot port in Inner Mongolia can take a detour from Manchuria. When Manzhouli is blocked, trains departing from Manzhouli, Inner Mongolia, can take a detour from Erenhot.

Abstract: Robots replacing the work of human employees is no longer a novelty. In the manufacturing industry, a large number of front-line employees have already been replaced by machines. With the maturity and development of robotics, the replacement of humans with machines is gradually shifting from the manufacturing industry to the service industry. The process by which robotic features affect users' willingness to use under intelligent services has been a hot topic in business management and academic research in recent years. However, anthropomorphism as an intuitive external feature, few studies have explored the process mechanisms of such features on customers' continuous usage intention. Based on Social information processing theory, the article investigates the mechanism by which anthropomorphic appearance features of service robots affect users' continuous usage intention. The results show that users' tendency to anthropomorphize the appearance of service robots positively influences continuous usage intention through the partial mediation of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, the level of empathy of the service robot moderates the effect of anthropomorphism on perceived usefulness and perceived hedonicity. The findings of this study enrich the research on the processes that influence users' continuous usage intention in service encounters and also provide a useful reference for the management practices of service companies.

Abstract: In recent years, the governments of Latin America have been modernized with Information and Communication Technologies and especially with the Internet, this process is known as electronic government “e-government”, that is how the electronic governments of Latin America disclose information about their administration and management, as well as the services they offer by interacting with citizens through their web pages. However, there is a lack of disclosure of social, economic and financial information, which is essential given the lack of transparency in population data, high levels of indebtedness, inflation, lack of liquidity, low levels of budget execution, among others, and that are in the interest of the citizen. In this understanding, this research aims to analyze to what extent and how social, economic and financial information is disclosed online by the Ministries of Economy and Finance. For this, it was necessary to establish a questionnaire and indices to create a ranking of the most transparent countries in Latin America in disclosing said information through their electronic governments. The results show that the most transparent ministries are Brazil, Mexico and Chile and the least transparent ministries are the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
