Abstract: Regarding different causes which have led to the crisis in the company, its type, available assets and characteristics of the company, it is not possible to apply one of the generally accepted models, concepts or approaches for crisis solving. In spite of difference of positions, due to the characteristics of the crisis, it is however possible to describe certain measures which are most commonly applied for crisis healing by companies. Such measures can be classified in several groups. One of the most important area when the company is faced with crisis are the measures to be prepared and executed in the area of revenue and sales where the crisis is usually shown mostly as declining sales in value and/or quantity. Such measures can be: increase in sales, selection of production – sale assortment and levelling prices. In the paper the measures from the field of revenue and sales in times of acute crisis in a company are explained, together with some empirical evidence from the Slovenian business practice. The final conclusion of this paper is that the company crisis cannot be eliminated only by introducing financial measures, especially the measures in the area of revenue and sales can be critical which are unfortunately in many cases avoided or even neglected mostly due to necessary time and investment.

Abstract: At present, fresh agricultural products have begun to take the scale of industrialization, the majority have been in full accordance with high yield and high quality, efficient and safe production requirements, but due to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products, more and more attention have been aroused, the traditional marketing model is facing a bottleneck, the various aspects of new agricultural business sales models have been continuously improved. In this paper, we have analysed the traditional sales model of fresh agricultural products to find some existing thorny problems and compared with current network sales model which is on the rise and more and more popular, on the one hand, it shows the superiority of the sales network, on the other hand, Analyses were conducted on the the existing network environment in this sales model; at the same time, to carry out investigation of the present situation about fresh agricultural products and consumer markets, we are putting forward to this paper which could make a little bit significance when related sales platform optimizes the fresh agricultural products sales model.

Abstract: The paper shows that the innovative development of economy requires improvement and systematization of management processes. And innovation is activated using modern forms of organization, application and commercialization of high technology through integration of science, education, manufacturing, business and government. These processes are jointly carried out by innovative structures. In this regard, the paper describes the control features of ICT-technoparks, which have interacting structural elements. The paper specifies imperfection of the current control systems of innovative organizations. Therefore, different approaches are given to the definition of the management content. It is proved that the problem of increasing the efficiency of the management process requires the development of complex control system of ICT-technoparks. The paper specifies the basic management levels of ICT-technoparks, and presents its tasks and functions, as well as the main activities of executive management of ICT-technoparks. The paper describes the basic model and business management model. Depending on the time factor, the strategic and tactical control aspects of ICT-technoparks are analyzed. As the management of ICT-technoparks is viewed as a complex socio-economic system, the public and collegial governance mechanisms are proposed. It is proposed to develop a control system of ICT-technoparks and an appropriate control mechanisms. These mechanisms take into account the key moments in the development process of innovative control system of ICT-technoparks.

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to determine the effectiveness of time management in relation to self management, environment and productivity in an origination. This work applied some instruments for data collection such as questionnaires and observations on 75 academic staff and non academic staff selected randomly in the University of Juba and Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was applied to analyze the data gathered. The findings suggest that time management has an inverse relationship with self management, environment and productivity in an organization. It is recommended here that necessary time management tools and favorable working environment should be applied and provided strictly to staff with modern management approaches to boost self commitment to time management and improve productivity in an organization (University of Juba).

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of remuneration, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance; (2) analyze the job satisfaction as a mediating variable of the effect remuneration on employee performance; and (3) analyze OCB role in mediating the effect of remuneration and job satisfaction on employee performance. Data was collected using saturated sampling method. The population consisted of 138 Account Representative (AR) Supervision of the work in the Tax Office in Malang area, the Regional Office of Directorate General of Taxes East Java III. Data analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) or usually called Partial Least Squares Path Modelling (PLS-PM). The results showed that the remuneration is significantly and negatively effect the performance of AR Supervision, but the satisfaction and OCB do not significantly effect the performance of AR Supervision. Furthermore, remuneration and satisfaction positively and significantly effect AR satisfaction and OCB respectively, but remuneration does not significantly effect OCB. In relation to the indirect effects, job satisfaction and OCB do not mediate the effect of remuneration on the AR Supervision performance, neither OCB mediate the effect of job satisfaction on the AR Supervision performance. The results of this study indicate that the concept of the higher the remuneration received by employees, the higher their performance will be, only occurs in normal conditions. If there are obstacles in the work implementation process, then this concept does not apply. Therefore, the Directorate General of Taxation institution must provide the solution and attention to the barriers experienced by AR Supervision in order to maximize their performance.

Abstract: Migration in developing nations is due to rapid growth in urban areas. There are times when people don’t get proper jobs, adequate housing and other basic necessities. Rapid growth of developed nations is due to the fast growth of over population. Lewis Model of structural change argued that migration was necessary for the growth of an urban industrial sector which would lead to economic growth. Migration is due to many reasons, unemployment, underemployment, demand for labour not risen in line with rapid growing labour supply, inability to create jobs sufficiently quickly, lower standard of living, employment in informal sector, pressure of housing stock, overcrowding, and negative externality. This study will analyze and discuss international migration that has been seen with loss of skilled workers, professionals are often tempted by the opportunity of higher living standards elsewhere, many countries are now seeking deliberately to attract immigrants in order to fill skill gaps and boost the production possibilities of their own economies, work remittances are increasingly valuable source of income to developing countries. Specifically, the main objective of this study is to analyze the magnitude of expatriates pull factors into the GCC Countries and their contribution towards effectiveness and efficiency in the growth of these countries.

Abstract: Due to the development of management idea and the scarcity of some resources, the lean management has become the necessary request to implement effective control of resource constrained project. Resource constrained project scheduling is the significant guarantee to attain the lean management. The resource constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP), with the objective of minimizing project duration and with the precedence relations described by an activity-on-arrow (AOA) network, is formulated as a combination optimization problem and solved using the priority-based genetic algorithm (GA). The activity priorities are represented by chromosome and serial scheduling scheme (SSS) and parallel scheduling scheme (PSS) are developed and utilized to transform chromosome-represented priorities to an active schedule subject to the logic and resource constraints so that project duration corresponding to each chromosome can be evaluated. The overall framework of the GA for the RCPSP is developed and the basic components of the algorithm are designed. Simulation is provided so as to investigate the performance of the priority-based GA with SSS and PSS as decoding method, respectively. The optimal solution to a small-sized resource constrained benchmark instance is scheduled to find the shortest project duration. Comparative simulation results demonstrate not only the effectiveness and efficiency of GA with SSS or PSS as decoding methods in solution to RCPSP with precedence relation of activities diagramed as an AOA network but also the effect of different evolution parameter settings on solution quality of the problem.
