Abstract: In recent years, enterprises are facing the competition among supply chains rather than enterprises. Quality is the foundation of enterprises. Suppliers play significant role in the supply chain and the quality of supplier relates to the stability of the supply chain. In this paper, the concept of the supplier quality is elaborated firstly on the basis of the related concepts. Then, considering the distinct extent relationship between the purchaser and supplier, supplier quality is divided into quality performance, quality ability and quality organization three dimensions. Besides, on the basis of the quality management and the evaluation of supplier, the concept of each dimension is elaborated. The construction of the evaluation dimensions is conducive to procurement the problem of excessive or insufficient evaluation. In addition, enriching the theory of the supplier quality of enterprises implementation.

Abstract: The Purpose of this study is to consider the effects of knowledge management implementation on manager’s skills of Reezmouj System Company. The analytical model of the research is based on the combination of the Newman and Conrad knowledge management general model and Katz (Robert Katz) managerial skills model. Research hypotheses designed were on these two models. The measurement tools of the research are questionnaires, Research hypotheses were evaluated evaluated through Pearson’s statistical tests of correlation analysis, regression fitting using SPSS software. Results showed that there is a relation between knowledge management and improving managerial skills and each aspect of knowledge management are influencing on improving managers skills and their influencing rates are different in each level of manager’s skills. Among the aspects of knowledge management, knowledge acquisition has the most impact on conceptual and technical skills and knowledge saving has the most impact on human skills.

Abstract: As an important infrastructure of the city, Logistics Park plays a more and more important role in the development of city, the planning and construction of the logistics park is very important. Firstly, the paper wishes to point out the common problems in the development and planning of the logistics park, and analyze the reasons of the construction of Logistics Park. Abstract: The main purpose of this article is to know and make people informed about various IFTAR items available in Rangpur city-corporation and to know the marketing approach – the marketers of IFTAR shop use. This is not only the culture of Rangpur but all over the country except expensive and highly developed area of Bangladesh. IFTAR is one of the most informed and available culture of Muslim customs. As Bangladesh is a Muslim country IFTAR is also an important customs in the month of RAMADAN. This paper will show the basic characteristics of IFTAR business and their strategy in this business. Different countries have different culture. Especially for IFTAR, every Muslim country sets for IFTAR as their culture. But their items differ area to area, city to city, country to country even customs to customs. Bangladesh is Muslim country and north-bangle is one of the most influential area in this economy so the customs and culture of this arena also influential in the economy. Rangpur is one of the most valuable cities because every type of life leading facility is presence here such as Medical College, Public University, Dental College, many privet university, many international agency and many MNC also. So in this paper the researcher tried to capture the culture and mostly thing this culture will represent the IFTAR culture of Bangladesh.

Abstract: As the consumption level and the living quality have increased considerably, e-commerce has been an important part of people's lives and the development of e-commerce enterprises are also more noticeable. Innovation is the key to e-commerce enterprises’ development. This paper proposes a method which refers to spatial concurrent force system can analyze dynamic system for e-commerce enterprises’ innovation and development. Abstract: The provincial two-industry linkage development mode is constructed, based on the theory of integration field, proposing the evaluation model about developing level which includes three dimensions: relationship, integration and process. With the FUZZY-membership-evaluation method, the comprehensive evaluation index is developed, that is the composite index of provincial two-industry linkage development, the way to improve the mode is also put forward from the integration field perspective.
