Abstract: In this paper we analyze the relationships between certain knowledge management, organizational culture, and the results of petrochemical industries. Facing high competitive market, the enterprises should be encouraged to reform and develop knowledge management performance. The objective of this research is to identify petrochemical firms by using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) approaches to solve this KM adoption problem, and ranks the gaps of the KM aspects in control items to achieve the aspired level of performance. This paper is matrix method-oriented, and the depth of investigation into any individual case is limited. Therefore, the methods proposed in same fields of study should preferably be used to associate deeper and more practical implications.

Abstract: Firstly, we use the idea of mapping by kernel function of KECA to transfer original global nonlinear problem into global linear one under the high-dimensional kernel feature space to improve the manifold learning dimension reduction algorithm LLE, then put the results obtained form KELE into RBF, constructing RBF model based on KELE. And we choose the foreign exchange rate time series to verify the improved RBF model, and the results show that the improved KELE can effectively reduce the dimension of samples and the prediction accuracy of the RBF model based on KELE is increased obviously.

Abstract: With the rise of Maker movement, Maker Education has been developing quickly around the world. However, there is a lack of systematical and effective curriculum of Maker Education in basic education schools, which can not meet the needs of students’ age and personality development, resulting in students’ lack of creativity and practical ability. In the light of this situation, this paper integrates robot curriculum which is the extension course of information technology curriculum in primary school with the subject curriculum according to the requirements of the Development of Chinese Students’ Core Literacy and the National Curriculum Standards of Information Technology in Basic Education Schools. The instructional design has been made, the course system and teaching mode of the robot curriculum are initially given and the robot curriculum and assessment has been carried out. This research provides reference resources for Maker Education in the basic education schools.

Abstract: This paper presentation reflects literature review and the theoretical approaches on the relevance of the interdependent dynamics of Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) and their relationship to economic growth. The paper will do a review on literature of case studies and will aim to understand how the STI indicators have been applied or not applied in Mozambique for framing policy on economic planning purpose. Evolutionary theories like those of Schumpeter and others have complex and dynamic approaches which are conceptually attractive. In this paper we examine their respective virtues and limitations, and their visibility when connected with practical policy-making. In this context, the paper aims to examine the relative strengths and weaknesses of science and technology in the economy of Mozambique and analyze the policies identified to support the development of science, technology and innovation. This theoretical approach will also reflect on the relevance of the interdependent policy issues relating to the dynamics of science, technology and innovation and their relationship to economic growth.

Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinese domestic economy, the listed companies affected by various internal and external factors is gradually deepened, so as to continuously improve the management level, more attention is paid to risk management gradually. To improve the operating performance of listed companies in China is not only the objective needs of their own development, but also the practical needs to deal with international challenges and competition. Firstly, the theory was introduced, and then constructing China's securities within the listed company's operating performance evaluation system through relevant empirical research, that single indicators to evaluate the performance of listed securities companies often have limitations, because in the financial system is the perfect indicator not exist, there are no indicators of the single and objects, can not be fully present financial position. As listed securities company performance is affected by many factors, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation model to the performance of listed securities companies to make a comprehensive and objective evaluation. Evaluation model established in this paper is a discussion to the performance of listed securities company comprehensive evaluation.
