Abstract: Recently, the “Internet of Things” (IOT) has become a popular technical term for machine-to-machine (MM) communication. The IOT is an interaction communication infrastructure for consumer electronics (CE) to connect smart objects. We developed the cloud platform with the Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP) Communication technology to enhance IOT services performance. The proposed technology allows smart objects to access and push cloud resources over the cloud platform. The IETF Constrained RESTful Environments (CORE) working group has defined the CoAP to integrate with web services. The main features of CoAP are UDP transport, asynchronous message exchanges, and low complexity. The objective is to implement the Java Script Object Notation (JSON) to transmit messages between the CoAP controller and the cloud, providing a stable cloud environment and sending CoAP messages from clients to the CoAP controller in each group.

Abstract: Topological molecular index, which is widely applied in QSPR/QSAR studies of chemical theory, is one of the most active research fields in modern chemical graph theory. Wiener index is the sum of the distance between any two points in the graph. In this paper, we use the method of graph theory, we define three transformations, and prove the six lemma, get minimum value of the wiener index of book graphs, and determines the book graph with smallest wiener index.

Abstract: At present, China has fully entered the aging society, which brings severe challenges to the development of China's economic and the management of policy. As the health management of elderly relate to every family, a questionnaire survey was carried out from the health issues of elderly which was concerned by the society. The survey conclude the number of homes for the elderly, the number of senior citizens who suffering from chronic diseases, the type of diseases, people's understanding of the disease and diet control, food service demand and so on. The questionnaires were sent by internet, and finally got the data for statistical analysis. The results show that most families have 1-4 elderly, chronic age-related diseases such as hyperglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipemia, heart disease and other diseases which are confusing and affecting the lives of every family. For this reason the elderly group shows a great demand for healthy catering. The essay which combines with the survey results and current research of the Internet will analyze and discuss a feasible approach to solve the problem in elderly health management. While the solution of connecting Internet with health management meets the needs of society, it also has a great developing potential, and even high feasibility and operability when it comes into operation.

Abstract: The enzymes activity related muskmelon disease resistance by salicylic acid treatment in pro-harvest muskmelon fruits was investigated in this paper. The plants of “Jin tian mi” muskmelon as test materials, muskmelons were sprayed at four growing seasons: young fruit period (two weeks after flowering), ruit enlarging period (three weeks after flowering), netting period (four weeks after flowering) and 48 h before picking by the 1.0 mmol/L salicylic acid solution, respectively. The harvest fruits were storage at 7°C after precooling. The incidence of disease, disease index; the content of total phenols, flavonoids and lignin of muskmelon, CHT, GLU and PAL activities of muskmelon were measured during the storage every 7 days. The results showed that: compared with the control, the disease time of muskmelon was delaywd, fruit disease incidence and disease index were decreased, chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase were induced, phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity was increased, and the total phenolic, flavonoid, lignin content were better maintain by 1.0 mmol/L salicylic acid treatment. It is suggested that the increase of the related enzymes activity induced by salicylic acid were closely related to the increase of disease resistance in pro-harvest muskmelons.

Abstract: Oxidative stress to liver, gill and head of zebrafish (Danio rerio) induced by perfluorooctanesul phonic acid potassium salt (PFOS) and ZnO nanoparticles (Nano-ZnO) is investigated in this study. Activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were measured in liver, gill and head of zebrafish. The results demonstrated that both PFOS and Nano-ZnO single and co-exposure induced oxidative stress. In addition, PFOS plus Nano-ZnO exposure caused more serious oxidative stress than single-exposure at above exposure concentrations. Besides, compare with single-exposure, the activity of CAT is significantly lower, while the content of MDA is significantly higher in co-exposure solutions. The biochemical assays of head showed that, compare with single-exposure, co-exposure had more obvious effect on the activities of SOD, CAT and the content of MDA. Under the toxicity ratio of 1:1, Nano-ZnO increased the toxicity of PFOS on oxidative stress in liver, gill and head of zebrafish at the experimental concentrations.

Abstract: Na+ is one of the most abundant metal ions and plays critical physiological roles in biological systems, therefore development of new Na+ sensors is becoming increasingly important. Currently many physical and chemical methods have been applied to detect Na+. In this paper, we developed a novel Na+ electrode based on a biomaterial, light-driven Na+ pump (NdR2). The photocurrent of the electrode upon excitation shows a characteristic positive polarity in Na+ solution at neutral pH. The peak current shows Na+ dependency within the concentration range from 1 to 200 mmol/L. The stability data show that the electrode is stable after being stored at 50°C for 90 min. As a novel biosensor, this Na+ pump-based electrode is of great significance in the study of ion transport mechanism and application of ion detection.

Abstract: In order to analyse variation law research of finite length cylinders’ RCS, this paper contrasts and analyses the calculation methods of RCS, designs different cylinders in size for calculating their RCS, and makes models of cylinders for measuring RCS. By analyzing the data of measure and calculation, FEKO software is verified having high accuracy in calculating RCS. This paper calculates cylinders’ RCS in conditions of the incident electromagnetic wave perpendicular to circular surface and cylindrical surface, and calculates incidence angles for motivating surface travelling wave to acquire maximal value in orientation diagram. On the basis of calculation, this paper summarizes the influence of cylinders’ diameters and lengths to RCS and the estimate angle of surface travelling wave’s maximal value in orientation diagram. The conclusions can be referred in design and engineering application.

Abstract: This paper mentioned a FDTD simulation on the optical propagation in plane and along the z axis, we analysis the MPC structure, filling factor, dielectric constant, and their affects on the optical bandgap. This study put special attention on the polarization phenomena. Through simulation we observed the real time change of light (especially on polarization)in 2D MPC, obtaining the relationship curve between polarization angle and polarization degree to the MPC structure and filling factor. Based on FDTD aglorithm, this change reflects the Faraday effect from micro-level. Finally we suggest a dynamic measurement method based on Fetosecond laser, in order to realize time-divided Faraday effect.

Abstract: In this paper, we review the current status about the salt containing waste water discharged from oil production. Currently, most of the waste water discharged from oil production in China has not been treated by desalination. Soilsalinization has been an important environment problem. The salt-containing composition and mineralization degree data of reservoir water in major oil and gas fields of China were summarized. It can be seen that the reported data show very different and complex distribution of salt-containing composition of reservoir water. The application of computer simulation canimprove the prediction of the analytical data. The predicted data of water and salt concentration in the soil can be used to determine the boundary condition and initial condition of the simulation, and the limit of the sampling can be thus avoided. The results of the study will provide a scientific basis for environmental protection to build the standards of the salt contents of waste water and to prevent secondary salinization of soil of oil fields.
