Abstract: Sandwich structure composites are commonly used in Radar radomes, the core materials mainly include honeycomb material and foam material. Impact damage is the greatest threat to this kind of structure. In this paper, low-velocity impact damage was simulated by drop hammer test, while ultrasonic phased array technique was used as NDT(Non-Destructive Testing Technology), and restored by scarf repair technique. The mechanical properties and the electromagnetic wave performance of the foam sandwich panel before and after repair were carried out comparatively. The results show that, the flexural strength can restore 112.7% of the undamaged plate, and the lateral compressive strength can restore 85.1%. The repair efficiency calculated from tests was observed to be 135% and 50.7% respectively. Besides, electro-magnetic wave permeability was improved apparently. The method for repairing the low-velocity impact damage of the foam sandwich structure can meet the requirements of the rapid repair for practical radome structure.

Abstract: With the developing of standardized forensic DNA profiling and information technology, the forensic DNA database has achieved a big success. By managing、searching and sharing through DNA database, the molecular biology and genetics play a crucial role in individual identification, in the meantime, the DNA database also promote the developing of large-scale forensic DNA testing. In recent years, the arising of second generation sequencing(SGS) has substantially changed the way of genetics research, and varies of platform、kit and system has been developed continuously, many of which has been applied in forensic laboratories. So for,the China National DNA Database has expanded to be the largest one in the world, therefore, the SGS needs to incorporated with the DNA database rather than instead of it. So, the compatibility of SGS-based data with massive PCR-CE data in the database is now becoming a critical problem.in this article, the China National DNA Database is introduced, the advantages of SGS and its possible role in the forensic DNA profiling and databasing are elaborated, and the consistency in data storage and the compatibility in comparing of the SGS-based data within the present DNA database are also discussed.

Abstract: A bibliometric analysis was conducted to study 194 highly cited papers with cited frequency of more than 20 published in Northwest Pharmaceutical Journal from 1997 to 2016 using Chinese Citation Database. Results showed that the highly cited papers accounted for 5.48% of the cited papers, and 3.71% of all the papers. The cited frequency of highly cited papers accounted for 33.55% of the total cited frequency. The cited frequency of each highly cited paper was 36.28 on average. The cited frequency was between 20 and 29 among the most of the highly cited papers, which accounted for 50.00%. 64, 34 and 75 of the highly cited papers belonged to the column of Chinese medicine and natural medicine, pharmacology, and review respectively, and accounted for 32.99%, 17.53%, and 38.66% of the highly cited papers respectively. Among the highly cited papers, there were 119 (61.34%) research papers and 75 (38.66%) reviews. 167 of the highly cited papers reported research or application of traditional Chinese medicine, which accounted for 86.08%. 80.92% of the cited time of the top 20 highly cited papers were concentrated during the second to eleventh years following publication. Among the top 20 highly cited papers, the first author's affiliation was university in 14 papers, accounted for 70.00%. The cited rate is higher among research papers looking into quality inspection of traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine, extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine, chemical constituent of traditional Chinese medicine and reviews in Northwest Pharmaceutical Journal. Thus, we proposed corresponding editing strategies for enhancing the cited rates, and to provide a reference for the development of excellent papers, improve the quality of the journal, and to further expand the academic influence of the Journal.

Abstract: The oncomelania hupensis snail is the unique host of schistosomiasis. Schistosomiasis is closely related to the spatial distribution of the snail. It is important to control schistosomiasis susceptible areas and eliminate oncomelania hupensis by optimizing, simplifying the snail sampling method, and obtaining the snail's statistics. A 50m × 50m experimental field was selected from the Chayegang marshland of Henghu farm in the Poyang Lake region, and the sampling frame (0.33m × 0.33m in size) used by the present schischtosomiasis control departments served as the basic sampling unit to conduct continuously push-broom survey of the snail. The count number of the snail, vegetation species, plant height and plant coverage were investigated. The average number of the snail were estimated under three assumed sampling scenarios: simple random sampling, systematic sampling and spatial stratified sampling. The results show that the relative errors of the average number in three sampling schemes are very close, 10.82%, 12.85% and 10.11% respectively, and the absolute errors are 0.310, 0.319 and 0.06 respectively, which demonstrate that the spatial stratified sampling has obvious advantages, its estimation accuracy of the snail can be improved remarkably.

The results that the life cycle total environmental impact is 4.35×10-6, and Global Warming Potential causes the largest damage on environment with the contribution of 66.58% of the total environmental impact potential. Followed by Freshwater Aquatic Ecotoxicity Potential, with the contribution proportion of 18.68%. The rice planting stage is the main steps of an impact on the environment, with the contribution proportion of 88.4%. Improving the way of irrigation, regulating fertilizers and pesticides can diminish the environmental impact of the whole system.

Abstract: The independent breeding maize variety He No. 344 seeds were used to study the physiological response of glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GPDH) on maize under abiotic stresses, including salinity treatment (200 mM NaCl), alkali treatment (150 mM NaHCO3), dehydration treatment (20%-PEG) and low temperature (4°C). The results showed that the abiotic stress can significantly reduced the plant height, root length and dry weight of maize and the combined injury of saline alkali treatment was higher than that of drought and low temperature treatments; The abiotic stress also increased GPDH activity of maize leaf, and the activity of GPDH under saline alkali treatment was significantly higher than that of drought and low temperature treatments; The abiotic stress resulted in increased level of TBARS and H2O2 contents and increased NADH/ NAD+ of maize leaf; Moreover, the abiotic stress also increased SOD, APX, GR and GPX activities and ASA/DHA, GSH/GSSG; In addition, the GPDH activity induced by abiotic stress was significantly correlated with NADH/NAD+, APX, GPX, GR, ASA/DHA, GSH/GSSG, TBARS and H2O2 level, and these results indicate that the increased resistance of maize in the process of abiotic stresses was closely related with the metabolic level of GPDH.

Abstract: Using SBR to study the influence of light time on the effluent quality of the symbiotic system of symbiotic bacteria and algae, so as to get the appropriate operating parameters. In the artificial sewage treatment as the goal, then mixed with two sink pool algae and sewage treatment plant activated sludge system, start algae inter-growth, when HRT was 9h, and the temperature is (25±1)°C and pH is about 7, the same water and other parameters are fixed. The change of illumination time, examine the effluent quality and sludge properties, so as to obtain the sewage treatment effect of optimized illumination time. The results showed that when the illumination time was 8 hours, the removal efficiency of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD was best, and the activity of SBR was better. Considering the light time is 8 hours, the dark state of the domestic sewage treatment is better for 4 hours.
