Abstract: In this article, we present a smartphone-based biosensor for detection of the ammonium ion in sweat. The sensing system consists of a sample collection chip, an ammonium ion selective electrode by screen printing, a potential reading chip and a smartphone. When the sweat flows through the sensitive membrane, a membrane potential is generated which can be captured by the potential reading chip linked with the smartphone. The potential signal was then converted to concentration value by a calibration curve. The detection can be achieved within one minute with good repeatability, and the level of the ammonium ion in sweat can reflect the body state during exercise.

Abstract: Colorectal cancer is a kind of malignant tumor, which results from life habits and genetic factors. This research project is called "Using NGS Technology for Transcriptome Comparison of Normal and Tumor Tissues in Colorectal Cancer Patients", which belongs to basic research. Next-generation sequencing technology (NGS), also known as high-throughput sequencing technology, can comprehensively obtain whole genome and transcriptome information of cells and tissues through experimental operations including DNA or RNA extraction, purification, library construction, and bioinformatics analysis; in this way, NGS can screen the mutation and abnormal expression of tumor genes and provide relatively accurate therapeutic targets as the guidance of medication. In this study, the transcriptome of five pairs of tumor tissue samples (t: tumor) and normal tissue samples (n: normal) from five patients with colorectal cancer were compared by NGS: the total RNA from those tissues were extracted to construct mRNA library, from which cancer-related transcriptome information was obtained through NGS-based RNA-seq technology and bioinformatics analysis, which may guide clinical research and treatment. The RNA-seq data of transcriptome information from the colorectal cancer patients reflected variably expressed pattern in the comparison of CRCs/normal tissue pairs; two notable targets, COL1A1 and SPP1, were consistent with two other previous researches and matched pathways enrichment with one of them.

Abstract: Objective: Epidemiological studies have found that exposure to plasticizers in the environment may be associated with autism in preschool children, but laboratory evidence is lacking. To determine whether prenatal exposure to DEHP, a plasticizer, causes autism in offspring mice. Methods: Pregnant mice were randomly divided into four groups: corn oil control group and low, medium and high concentration DEHP exposure group (10 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 250 mg/kg). Mice were received continuous intragastric administration of DEHP from the 3rd day to the 17th day of pregnancy. Behavioral characteristics of autism in offspring were assessed after birth. Results: The social ability of offspring was significantly decreased after prenatal exposure to moderate and high concentration DEHP. The female offspring showed repetitive stereotyped behavior and decreased spontaneous activities. Conclusion: Exposure to medium and high concentration of DEHP during embryonic stage can induce autism in offsprings.

Abstract: According to the core data, the characteristics of resistivity variation under different porous structure and wettability are studied and explained theoretically. It is concluded that with the increase of porous structure exponent m, the resistivity increases significantly with the same saturation, and the influence is beyond imagination. With the increase of saturation index n, the resistivity increases with the same saturation. If all fixed m and n values are used to calculate the water saturation of the reservoir, the water saturation result will be very high and the hydrocarbon reservoir will be ignored. This change feature is of great guiding significance to the identification of hidden oil and gas reservoir satisfying the atypical Archie formula.

Abstract: This paper proposes a two-stage PDC bit that can actively release the formation pressure in advance to improve the rock breaking efficiency, and provides a new solution for effectively improving the rock breaking efficiency of the deep hard formation. The red sandstone drilling comparison experiment under the same drilling parameters of the two-stage PDC bit and the conventional PDC bit is carried out. The experimental results show that the two-stage PDC bit can effectively improve the rock breaking efficiency under the same conditions and compare with the conventional PDC bit. The speed increase efficiency can be up to 90%; the use of two-stage drill can greatly reduce the rock breaking torque during the drilling process. Under the same working conditions, the double-stage PDC bit can reduce the rock breaking torque by up to 30%, and the two-stage The mechanical specific energy of the drill bit is generally lower than the mechanical specific energy of the conventional drill bit, and the relative reduction of the mechanical specific energy under the same conditions is between 5% and 25%. Abstract: In this paper, the full-field strain and strain concentration factor around the hole of PTFE membrane under uniaxial biaxial tension are studied based on digital image speckle (DIC) technique and finite element calculation.Through the load-strain curve of porous membrane during tension, three stages of properties of membrane during biaxial tension are obtained: elastic stage, plastic stage and failure stage. The relationship between the maximum strain around the pore, the ultimate bearing capacity of the membrane and the pore size is obtained. The relationship between the strain concentration factor at the pore edge and the pore size is obtained. The results show that the larger the pore size, the more obvious the strain concentration around the pore and the smaller the ultimate load it can bear, and the greater the strain concentration coefficient around the pore, the more easily the membrane is damaged.

Abstract: DUT2014 is a computational program developed by our team for the elastic-plastic time history analysis of super high-rise building structures. The integrated platform code is open source, which has all the materials and elements for the structural analysis of super high-rise buildings. Moreover, the integrated platform has a new element state transition algorithm (STP), which greatly improves the computational efficiency of elastic-plastic time history analysis. Midas is a finite element analysis software, which has good elastic analysis function and non-linear analysis function, and it has good pre-processing function. Preprocessing of DUT2014 is a command stream format in text format, and its modeling function is relatively cumbersome. In order to realize the customization of DUT2014 modeling function, this paper decided to develop an interface program to transform Midas model data file to DUT2014 model data file. This paper establishes an interface program for converting Midas structured data model file into DUT2014 structured data model file by using Microsoft Visual C++ programming program. In order to verify the correctness of structural data model transformation, this paper will use interface program to transform three different scale structures, and then verify the accuracy of the interface by comparing the quality information, modal calculation results, elastic time history response and elastic-plastic time history response of the model before and after transformation.
