Monitoring and Analysis of Drug Resistance of Yersinia in Fresh Meat

Abstract: Objective To monitor the drug resistance status of yersinia isolates from fresh meat, grasp the drug resistance spectrum and trend of Yersinia isolates in Our province, and provide important reference data for guiding the rational application of antibiotics in human clinical practice and controlling the spread of drug resistant strains. Methods A total of 600 pieces of fresh pork, beef and chicken were collected from several farmers' markets and supermarkets in Changchun every month for 15 months from August 18th to October 19th. 80 strains of Yersinia strains were detected, and MIC concentrations of drug resistance were detected by microbroth dilution with 15 antibiotic sensitive plates. Results 80 strains of Yersinia strains were counted. The total drug resistance rate of Yersinia pestis was 98.8%, and cefazolin (CFZ) had the highest drug resistance rate of 92.5.% (74/80). Erythromycin (ERY) was followed by 58.8% (47/80). Ampicillin (AMP) 57.5% (46/80); Naproxil acid (NAL) and cefoxitin (CFX) were 28.8 (23/80) and were somewhat resistant to other antibiotics. But all strains were sensitive to imipenem (IMP) and gentamicin (GEN). There were 28 strains with multiple drug resistance, accounting for 35.4% (28/79). Conclusion There are multiple antibiotic resistance in Yersinia strains in this monitoring, and the multiple drug resistance is serious and the resistance spectrum is diverse. In order to ensure food safety and human health, great attention should be paid to and enhanced drug resistance monitoring of Yersinia.

Abstract: In order to effectively evaluate the safety status of the cantilever construction of a large-span rigid frame bridge, this paper takes a four-span rigid frame bridge as the engineering background, selects the failure probability of the cantilever construction, the natural environment, the cantilever construction operation, and the management level as the evaluation factors and divides the possibility level into Five levels, an extension model is established to evaluate the cantilever construction of the bridge. This paper first uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to quantify the natural environment and cantilever construction technology, then calculates the failure probability of the bridge cantilever construction based on Monte Carlo theory, and finally scores according to the management level of the management system. Invite relevant experts to obtain the weight set of each evaluation factor through the 1-9 scale method, and use the goodness evaluation method in the matter-element extension method for evaluation. The results show that the safety assessment result of the cantilever construction of the bridge is a medium risk, which provides a reliable basis for predicting and avoiding risks. Based on the matter-element extension method, the rigid frame cantilever construction safety assessment takes into account the uncertainty and ambiguity of failure, and more objectively reflects the safety status of the cantilever construction during the construction period. The calculation results of different safety evaluation models are compared with the results of this paper, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the matter-element extension theory applied to the safety evaluation of cantilever construction.

In order to ensure a safe and reliable power supply for the Beijing Winter Olympics, this paper analyzes the possible shortcomings of anti-violation in"three protection", "throw protection", technical standards of the power supply system of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games, listed the fire accident lessons of Ice and Snow Museum of Taitai mountain in Taiyuan, and puts forward the method of the Winter Olympic Games to make up the"short board of anti-violation". For example, adding action failure warning system to the powe rsupply system, working with technical experts, making up the short board of anti-violation to prevent and resolving the professional risks of illegal electrical. Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to take into account the computational efficiency and accuracy of electromagnetic field froward modeling of electrical antenna under the stratified ocean, evaluate the performance of two non-uniform sparse segmentation integral calculation methods based on Gauss integrals and improve the efficiency and accuracy of data interpretation in engineering applications, firstly two non-uniform sparse segmentation calculation methods based on Gauss integral nodes (Gauss-Legendre integral nodes and Gauss-Chebyshev integral nodes) are introduced. Then, two fast numerical integration methods corresponding of the time and frequency domain of the electrical antenna electromagnetic field under stratified ocean is established. Finally, by comparing and analyzing the results of the traditional uniform dense segmentation numerical integral calculation from the two aspects of computational accuracy and efficiency, the results show that two non-uniform sparse segmentation integral methods can improve the computational efficiency under the condition that the calculation accuracy is comparable, and the non-uniform sparse integral calculation method based on the Gauss-Chebyshev integral nodes is more significant than the calculation efficiency performance of the method based on the Gauss-Legendre integral node. At the same time, the general parameter setting of the non-uniform sparse segmentation integral method is given in this paper.

Abstract: In view of the detection performance constraints brought by the further application of demagnation and noise reduction technology to traditional sonar and magnetic anomaly detection technology, in order to explore the possibility and detection mode of active electromagnetic (EM) detection technology applied to underwater large target detection and positioning, the active EM detection method for underwater targets based on SLF/ELF artificial EM field source is established in this paper, and the active EM detection method of underwater target is modeled and simulated by Ansys Maxwell, the magnetic anomaly field induced by underwater target is calculated and analyzed. Then, the key parameters of the underwater target active EM detection system are listed based on the simulation, and a underwater target active EM detection prototype has been developed. Finally, the simulation results and prototype parameters of the active EM detection method of underwater targets are verified by the scaled ratio experiment. The results show that the parameters of prototype system designed according to the simulation results are correct and effective, and the active EM detection technology based on SLF/ELF can be applied to the underwater large target detection.

Abstract: MES is an information system for workshop between the planning system and operation control system. It is the basic technical means to realize the automation and agility of production management. The functions of MES include resource allocation, process management, quality control, material management, etc. MES can achieve the function of information tracking, information analysis. It can also predict what may happen in the production process. BOM can describe the material composition of a product and the relationship between its finished materials. MBOM contains the detailed information of various parts, such as the source, quantity and the difference of using time. In essence, it is the description of product materials. Product materials are the core resource of manufacture and management. MBOM provide important information of inventory preparation and material distribution. The traditional material management mode only focuses on the business of purchase, distribution and storage. The relationship between various materials is not considered. Based on the study of the traditional material management mode, this paper puts forward the MES material management mode based on BOM. The information management system is designed and developed according to this management mode.
