Abstract: In order to find out the characteristic bands of different kinds of proteins, this study took soybean protein, vitamin milk, milk and coconut milk as the research objects, and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis was used to identify the characteristic bands of the above proteins. The experimental results showed that the polyacrylamide band of soybean protein consisted of: b and c protein bands. The typical protein bands of milk protein were c and d protein bands. The typical protein bands of coconut milk protein were c, d, and e protein bands. The typical protein bands of Vitasoy protein showed b, c, and d three protein bands. The b-band was the characteristic band of soybean protein, with a molecular weight of about 35 kDa. The d-band was the characteristic band of milk protein, with a molecular weight of about 30 kDa. The e-band was the characteristic band of coconut milk protein, with a molecular weight of around 25 kDa. Based on these characteristic bands of proteins, the experimental results also suggested that Vitasoy and coconut milk contain a certain amount of milk. These results indicated that SDS-PAGE gel could be used to find the characteristic bands of different kinds of proteins. Based on these characteristic bands, molecular identification of different types of proteins can be carried out.

Abstract: In this paper, the evapotranspiration characteristics and water consumption rules of different types of vegetation in tree forest, shrub forest and grassland in the Loess Plateau of Longzhong region were analyzed, and the response relationship between vegetation evapotranspiration and meteorological factors was established by regression analysis method. The results showed that: (1) The monthly variation of Ea values of vegetation in this region showed an obvious inverted U-shaped bimodal variation, which the lowest Ea values were found in the germination stage of vegetation in early April and the dormancy stage of leaf litter in October, and the Ea values increased greatly in May and June with the enhancement of vegetation transpiration and soil evaporation by an average increase of 74.31%. The Ea values of all types of vegetation in this region reached the maximum value in July and August and began to decline significantly from September by an average decrease of 7.42mm and an average decrease of 24.31%. In October, the Ea values of vegetation rapidly decreased to the level of early April by an average decrease of 15.67mm and a decrease of 51.52% compared with August. (2) The difference in the perspective of spatial distribution of evapotranspiration water consumption of vegetation in this region was mainly manifested in the difference between east and west but a little difference between north and south. In Pingliang City, vegetation evapotranspiration water consumption in the east was higher than that in the west, the south was higher than that in the north, and the Jinghe River basin was higher than that in the Hulu River basin. The average difference of the total evapotranspiration water consumption of the same type of vegetation during the growth period was 19.43mm from east to west, 2.2mm from north to south, and 19.43mm from basin to basin. (3) Radiation and precipitation were the main influencing factors of Ea. Among the independent variable factors affecting evapotranspiration of forest and shrub forest, the difference of significance from large to small was the average monthly temperature, average monthly precipitation, average monthly wind speed and average monthly precipitation days. The effect of monthly mean wind speed on grassland Ea was relatively small.

Abstract: The thermal environment of the pipe gallery employing the gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines (GIL) has a direct influence on the safe operation and service life of the line, so effectively eliminate the heat dissipation of the line can ensure the reasonable temperature distribution of the pipe gallery. The paper takes a underground GIL pipe gallery of Qingdao City as the research object and then the corresponding simulation analysis is conducted. The FLUENT software is employed to establish the physical model of GIL pipe gallery, and the ventilation mode adopting both mechanical air intake and mechanical exhaust air is set. Accordingly, the rules of indoor temperature distribution can be investigated for both normal and abnormal working conditions in winter or summer, The simulation results show that the inlet air temperature has a great influence on the temperature distribution of pipe gallery, the indoor overall temperature of the pipe gallery increases with the air supply temperature; in addition, the surrounding local temperature of GIL is too high under abnormal conditions in summer, and cannot meet the specification requirements because the temperature cannot be higher than 40°. Therefore, the timely maintenance should be conducted to avoid the occurrence of such conditions as far as possible. The research results of the paper can provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the application of ventilation of GIL pipe gallery.

Abstract: Prefabricated beams are mass-produced in the beam yard. In order to grasp the mechanical properties and deformation status of prefabricated beams, static load testing is usually the most direct and effective detection method. We are accustomed to using the equivalent bending moment method for loading calculation of bridges, but the wet joints and concrete leveling layer have not yet been poured before the installation of prefabricated beams. If this part of the load is directly equivalent to the loading load, it may cause damage to the beam due to excessive loading, and even cause safety accidents during the loading process. In view of this, taking the Zhongjiawan Bridge as the engineering background, the loading load can be reduced by 37% to 50% by calculating the stress at the bottom of the beam based on the completed state of the bridge. The beam has reasonable stress and simple loading, and the static load test can be completed by using the beam back pressure. It has certain guiding significance for single beam load tests of similar bridges.

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence and acupuncture sensation on curative effect. Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) regarding acupuncture-moxibustion on female stress urinary incontinence published before August 2020 were searched in databases of PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Clinical Evidence, Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), VIP Database, etc. Methods According to the predesigned inclusion and exclusion criteria, two researchers screened literatures, extracted data and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies. We used RevMan5.2 and RX64 4.0.2 for Meta analysis, and analyzed the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion on female SUI, including urine leakage in an hour, the International Urinary Incontinence Questionnaire (ICI-Q-SF) score and cure rate. Results A total of 44 RCTs were included, including 3824 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group, the acupuncture-moxibustion group obviously reduced urine leakage in an hour [MD=-2.73, 95%CI (-4.35, -1.11), P<0.01], decreased ICI-Q-SF score [MD=-1.68, 95%CI (-2.85, 1.26), P<0.01], improved cure rate [RR=1.28, 95%CI (1.20, 1.37), P<0.01], and the difference was statistically significant. The results of subgroup analysis showed that the acupuncture with acupuncture sensation in pudendum was more effective. Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion has obvious therapeutic effect on female stress urinary incontinence, and the treatment with acupuncture sensation in pudendum was more effective.

Abstract: With the acceleration of urban development and the transformation of industrial structure, the old industrial lot has become the focus of urban stock planning. However, the gradient of industrialization development in different regions of China is quite different, and there are many influencing factors. It is difficult to propose suitable renewal strategies for the renewal of old industrial lots in different cities because of the lack of scientific analysis methods. In recent years, with the rapid development of big data technology, the application of big data in urban planning is gradually mature, and it has become an effective means to analyze the law of social activities of urban residents and the characteristics of urban spatial aggregation. This paper creatively introduces big data analysis technology into the analysis of the spatial environment of the old industrial lot in the city, carries out visual analysis on the block vitality, traffic organization, functional formats and leisure space of the old industrial lot in Dongfeng Street, Daqing City, and finds the internal correlation between crowd flow and urban spatial vitality. In order to realize the sustainable renewal of the old industrial lot, the paper puts forward the renewal strategy of adjusting the nature of land use, optimizing service facilities, perfecting traffic organization and creating good places.

Abstract: Cities are important carriers of modernization and the most densely populated places with the highest concentration of pollution emissions. With the reduction and fragmentation of urban ecological land, the quality of urban ecosystems has declined, the ecological service function has been reduced, and the sustainable development of cities is facing a severe test. Therefore, urban ecological space planning and construction is a topic that needs to be emphasized and solved in China's territorial space planning. Urban ecological space has various service values such as ecology, landscape, culture and health. From the perspective of environmental value, it can regulate the urban heat island effect, enhance the aesthetic enjoyment of urban landscape, and solve all kinds of atmospheric and water pollution problems. From the point of view of people's well-being, it can reduce the incidence of diseases, improve mental health, and reduce social medical expenses, while spreading ecological culture and promoting social harmony. Therefore, urban ecological space serves as an effective approach to address these challenges by integrating nature into urban areas. This literature review explores the concept of urban ecological space, its importance, challenges, and key findings of related research. Abstract: During the Ming Dynasty, due to the existence of the Northern Yuan regime on the northern border, the military and political status of the Ming government in the north was threatened. Therefore, in order to consolidate political power and strengthen rule, the Ming government established many garrisons in the northwest region, which were called the "Western Guards" at that time. The Western Guards formed a horizontal and vertical defensive belt in the northwest. The horizontal defense belt originated in Jiuquan, Gansu Province, and extended eastward along the Yanhe West Corridor; The vertical defense belt began in Xining today and flows south through Hezhou, Taozhou, Minzhou, and other areas. Hezhou Wei, Taozhou Wei, and Minzhou Wei are important nodes in the vertical defense belt.
