On the other hand, people are more and more engaged with television, video games, computers, ipads, internet, chatting devices. The entertainment and leisure activities with the electronic devices are more of a commercializing in its nature. At the same time people are also in search of leisure moving towards visiting Ashrams which are providing “Art of Living”. Vast numbers of people are regularly visiting Ashrams at different places. This activity has also enormous growth and commodification and becoming popular in world and particularly in India. It is not only becoming popular among the old age people but also becoming popular among the younger lot also. Going out in the Ashrams for “Art of living” is also more relying on market principles. Thus, in the present paper we will discuss about the consumers of leisure i.e. people who are learning “art of living” and providers (Gurus in Ashrams) of leisure. For this we will focus on some of the specific selected “Ashrama” and look into their consumer based various activities.

Abstract: This paper entails a non-western analysis of the contemporary home environment. The main focus of this study is the role of women in family living room design, particularly in the context of Jeddah city, Saudi Arabia. The purpose of this study was to determine how the interior design of domestic space offers opportunities for women to present their identity. Saudi women using their living space within the home can play a role in expressing the identity of those women through the experience of designing this space and the interaction with its objects. The methodological framework has been structured into an ethnographical approach, which involved in-depth interviews with middle class housewives in their living rooms, aimed to seek information about experiences, interaction and values in the home environment, and enables identity presentation in the family living room. In addition, associated methods, such as photographic and video records, coding the living space features and visual observation of the living room were used to enrich data collection and unpack the environmental meaning. These mixed methods helped to understand the reality of women’s life experiences and provide a compelling portrait of women’s roles and identity within their living space. This paper explains the expression of individual (women) identity and the expression of group (family) identity within the living rooms. The living room in Jeddah homes is the centre space of symbolic interaction, where "I" meets "them", where women show how well they have presented themselves and the values of their families in the living room context.

In order to get the more intuitive result of the policy for relief the China's ageing population, this paper uses the Leslie model to predict the future population and the age structure change. Based on census data of Henan province, this paper divided the people's fertility wishes into high, medium and low, proposed four kinds of fertility strategies, and qualitative analysis the total fertility rate and birth population sex ratio of three different fertility wishes. Firstly, this paper predicts the total population size and the age structure under different fertility strategies during 2011-2050. Secondly, based on the total population, the elderly population coefficient and the total population dependency ratio, this paper analyzed the optimal fertility strategy under different fertility wishes. Finally, the conclusion is as follows, when the fertility wishes is low, medium and high respectively, the fertility strategies should be chosen as IV, III and II respectively, that is to say, in the early period, a woman had less than two children and later each woman had 2.1 children, which fully accords with the concept of population sustainable development.

Abstract: A new agricultural management main body fostered is an important step in solving the problem, “who will farm in the future”. As a major grain producing area, Hubei Province plays the key role in ensuring food security. We analyse land resource and labour resource flow relationship between a new agricultural management main body and an ordinary peasant household. The results show that the number of migrant workers working in Hubei Province increases year by year in recent years, which is mainly ascribed to the number of agricultural workers who are engaged in primary industry in the province increases. In the slack season of farming, women and the elderly do part-time jobs in local large-scale production whose seasonal demands of employment are met. Migrant workers are sources of primary labour of new agricultural management main body, and women and the elderly are secondary labour. The land area of scale management is less than a quarter of the area of contracted land of farmers. The scattered smallholder production mode dominates. Labour productivity is low. Thus, we put forward a few policy proposes, such as properly solving the trouble of migrant workers back at home, the use of “Internet+” in the development of new agricultural management main body, regulating procedure of land transfer and enhancing the contracts management.
