Abstract: China's "money shortage" is a micro liquidity tension that has occurred in macro liquidity. Based on the theory of money supply and demand, this paper builds a unified monetary settlement theory and model. The findings show that China's money shortage is a structural and cyclical monetary contraction caused by currency deposits. The deeper reason is the failure of the policy under the guidance of the wrong index and theory. To cure this problem, it is necessary to construct a theoretical model that is more realistic, and to act from the aspects of system, structure and implementation of monetary policy.

Abstract: The impact of the circulation industry on the upgrading of industrial structure can be considered from many levels. In this paper, we try to confirm the impact of circulation industry in China's three major areas to the industrial upgrading from three dimensions: the scale of the production-type circulation industry, the scale of the consumption-type circulation industry and the development of the gap between the urban and rural areas. In order to research the relationship, two groups of panal data which range in 1995-2008 and 2004-2015 time zones in 31 provinces and cities in China are selected, and the fixed effect model is used by STATA 12.0 software. Combined with the conclusions and regional economic characteristics, different policy recommendations are provided in the end.

Abstract: China-Pakistan economic corridor is one of flagship projects in “the Belt and Road Initiatives”, it not only will provide energy channels besides the Strait of Malacca but also will greatly shorten the oil transport distance (85%). However, the frequent tribal conflicts and terrorist attacks in Pakistan will threaten the safety of China-Pakistan economic corridor. Based on the classification of the violence in Pakistan, the paper tries to find the source of the conflicts from the economy and politics. This research finds that: the better political environment and more harmonious race relations can greatly suppress the outbreak of the conflict; Unemployment is positively related to the number of terrorist attacks; Economics plays an important role in all kinds of conflicts. Based on the research, the paper offers some advice to reduce the conflict.

Abstract: China saves resources as a basic national strategy, develops a circular economy, protects the environment, accelerates the construction of a resource-efficient, environmentally friendly society. As an important part of circular economy industrial chain, venous industry is not only the important means and main form of the implementation of waste resources, but also the objective requirement of sustainable development of a country. The consciousness of citizens' utilization of waste is the fundamental guarantee of the venous industry. In this article, through questionnaires, analysis of Chinese citizens venous industry recognition. Research shows that Chinese citizens' environmental protection consciousness to strengthen, but on venous industry cognition is not enough; Waste recycling channels alone; Government propaganda has yet to be strengthened. Abstract: In order to improve the competency to be a leader and enhance the leaders troop construction, the key is how to properly select leaders in reserve forces.This paper uses the competency as a basis and proposes a framework of selecting officers in reserve forces by using the DEMATEL method. By taking as selecting military cadres an example, the first and second-level indexes of evaluating officers are built and weights of all different indexes are determined by the method of weight factor judgment table.In the end, these indexes are evaluated and analyzed, respectively. The results provide quantitative and qualitative critera are obtained for selecting officers in reserve forces.

Abstract: There are many ways to develop of the classical problem about Tian Ji's Horse Race so that this problem may be researched deeply using theory of games. Therefore, this paper designs n-order extensive game of horse race by changing a rule of traditional problem. After analysis, this paper holds a belief that this game is a kind of static games of complete information, which means theory of static games of complete information can be used to research Tian Ji's Horse Race. With showing all of the strategy profiles of third-order extensive game of horse race and calculating Nash equilibrium of this game, this paper finds some characteristics of the strategy profiles and Nash equilibrium of extensive game of horse race and give the expression of Nash equilibrium of mixed strategy of this game. A new concept of layout is introduced to reveal how strategy profiles influence the outcome of this game. Then the characteristic of the layouts of extensive game of horse race and the layout that can make Tian Ji’s payoff biggest are found and proved, which is drawn from the result of some simulations about fourth-order and fifth-rank extensive games of horse race using a Java program.
