Abstract: The 21st century has witnessed a further integration among nations. Yet, with the advent of COVID-19, the human health is severely under threat. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM for short), which originated in China and now is popular in many Asian countries, does not only help to combat COVID-19, but also make positive contribution to the human health around the world. However, when it comes to mainstream medical practice, western medicine, which is based on modern technology and biomedicine, is still the first choice around the globe. Even traditional medicine represented by TCM has been incorporated into the latest ICD-11 pioneered by WHO, traditional medicine is just made known, yet a compulsory solution to health issues. The fundamental reason underlying the difficulty of global acceptance of TCM is the sharp differences between two worldviews between the east and the west. It is possible to explore the transmission of TCM across cultures from intercultural perspective, yet the result is still not very satisfactory. Cultural neuroscience, a hybrid of “intercultural communication”, “neuroscience”, and “molecular genetics”, offers a completely new paradigm to tackle the issue of TCM interculturalization, making up for the shortcomings of self-reported behavioral research that is the basis of traditional intercultural research. This new research paradigm can enhance cultural research by probing the neurological condition that might be used to explain behavioral differences, thus paving the way for possible TCM interculturalization.

Abstract: Chinese American literature has become a hot topic in recent years. As a Chinese American writer, the "identity and racial ideas" in Chinese American literature are characterized by the cross-cultural writing in Maxine Hong Kingston's works. The root cause of this cross-cultural writing lies in her mixed cultural outlook between China and the United States. This paper attempts to analyze the historical background of the formation of Chinese American literature in the context of the oriental narrative of the United States, the struggle narrative of Chinese American literature in the context of the aphasia of Chinese Americans, and the identity constantly confirmed and constructed by Maxine Hong Kingston in her works, that is, "a balanced blend of Chinese and American mixed cultural identity". It is concluded that the premise of the formation of the mixed cultural view in her works is that Hong Kingston's Chinese culture origin is "one-sided and broken, which is the Chinese culture deconstructed, subverted and reconstructed on the basis of the mainstream American values." The reason is to cater to and fight against the mainstream culture. As well as the writing strategies adopted to fight for the right of discourse, namely, the three writing strategies selected under the control of the mixed cultural concept, namely, "shaping the mixed characters of eastern and western cultures", "combining Chinese narrative techniques with western narrative strategies", "collecting scattered historical materials and rewriting history", and the effects of these strategies.

Abstract: Objective: To understand the implementation and employment status of the first batch of rural order oriented preventive medical students in Henan Province, explore the effect of policy implementation and the status quo of rural order oriented preventive medical students' professional identity, and provide decision-making reference for the training and development of order oriented preventive medical students. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among the first batch of rural order oriented preventive medical students in Henan Province. Results: The compliance rate of targeted preventive medical students in the first batch of rural orders in Henan province was 95.65%. The graduates who are employed according to the orientation agreement have basically completed the establishment within three years and gradually obtained the promotion of rank or title. Among them, 62.75% were satisfied with the current position, 29.41% chose to stay in their original units, and 39.21% thought that it was necessary to restart the training of directional students in preventive medicine. However, 26.09% of the graduates were not employed according to the orientation agreement, and 44.45% of them thought it was necessary to restart the training of directional students in preventive medicine. Conclusions: The implementation rate of targeted preventive medical students in the first batch of rural orders in Henan Province is high, and the default cost and family consideration are the main factors affecting the implementation of the contract. The graduates who are employed according to the orientation agreement have a higher sense of professional identity, and the salary and career development are the main factors that affect the orientation students' willingness to work at the grassroots level. Preventive medical policy has cultivated a large number of talents for grassroots, and it needs to be further improved and put into place.

Abstract: The use of random numbers can be seen everywhere in life and the performance directly affects the security of cryptosystems. So the research on properties of random numbers plays an important role in the field of information security. The inherent nature abstraction of random number spectrum makes it difficult to become aware of the distribution tendency. The available methods of visualization, such as Poincare plot, random walk, variant map and so on, seldom confront directly the original random number spectrum and lack taste. The paper put forward a taste visualization scheme of random number spectrum whose mission is to display the intrinsic distribution characteristics of the spectrum intuitively by using simple and interesting methods. The scheme unfolds the original random number spectrum along the two dimensional surface and three dimensional space with concise, vivid and ingenious properties, and makes use of thresholds to constrain iteration rounds and plot scales to ensure good visuals, and its results aim for promoting readers’ intuitive experience and reducing the cognitive work. Especially the random chips can lead the readers to perceive the distribution of the spectrum figuratively, and stimulate the pleasant psychological feelings.

Abstract: There is a general problem that enterprises in the new generation of information technology have high leverage ratios in our country, therefor, how to improve the relationship between financing structure and innovation investment is an important issue for these companies. This paper takes the companies listed on the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares in the field of new generation information technology from 2011 to 2020 as samples, and uses literature review, comparative analysis and empirical analysis to analyze the relationship between the financing structure and innovation investment of enterprises in this field. The empirical analysis results show that the internal financing of enterprises has a significant stimulating effect on the innovation investment, but both equity financing and debt financing of enterprises have a restraining effect on innovation investment. After considering the heterogeneity of the region and the size of the companies, the above conclusions are particularly applicable in the developed eastern area and medium-sized companies; while the financing structure of the less developed regions such as mid-region and western region and other scale enterprises have no significant effect on innovation investment. The research results of this paper have profound policy implications. Under the current economic background, the government should improve the relevant policies of equity financing, create a financing environment conducive to the development of enterprises, and encourage enterprises to focus on long-term interests. As well as, the government also need to optimize the bank's credit model to reduce the entry requirements for obtaining long-term loans. Meanwhile, the direct investment rules of the government should be optimized in the purpose of leading enterprises to independently increase innovations. The conclusion of this paper can provide a certain theoretical support for optimization of financing structure of enterprises in the field of new generation information technology.

Abstract: The design of metacognitive scaffolding in intelligent learning environment helps learners to manage their own thinking. In this study, 36 experimental studies on the influence of metacognitive scaffolds on learning effect in intelligent learning environment at home and abroad in the past eleven years were chosen to sort out and analyze. The author constructs the coding and analysis framework from the aspects of experimental object, experimental environment, metacognitive scaffold type and research topic. The results show that the research objects are mainly middle school students and college students. There are great differences in the research environment at home and abroad. In China, network teaching platform is the main teaching platform, while in foreign countries, more intelligent learning guide system is preferred. Metacognitive scaffolds have developed from fixed scaffolds to adaptive scaffolds. In the field of research, monitoring and control interact dynamically in the field of metacognitive skills, and monitoring may trigger the control process. With the deep integration of artificial intelligence and education, learner behavior and emotion data will help researchers use metacognitive scaffolding to more accurately intervene in the learning process. Based on this, the following suggestions are put forward to promote the development of metacognitive scaffolds in China, including long-term intervention by teachers to promote the development of students' metacognitive ability, systematic promotion of the development of metacognitive scaffolds in intelligent learning environment, and strengthening the exploration of learners' emotional experience process.

Abstract: A monetary credit system is an essential part of financial and economic system of any country. An effective monetary credit system is a precondition of development and stability of economic system of any country. The monetary credit system consists of two components: 1. The monetary system is a form of money circulation that has gone through a long path of origin and development, and its mechanisms and tools are different depending on the different levels of economic development of countries. The monetary systems of various countries are regulated by the international legislation; 2. The credit system is the aggregate of the credit and financial institutes that facilitate the monetary capital and then issues it to physical and legal entities via credit loans. This system includes the forms and methods of credit usage. Central and commercial banks belong to the basic link of the monetary-credit system. It is important to note that the monetary credit system - in its centralized and administrative form - functioned in post-socialist countries, including Georgia. After the collapse of the post-socialist system, these countries declared their independence and sovereignty, so the integration process of their monetary and credit system into the international monetary and credit systems became an inevitable process. On the current stage of the development of the monetary and credit relationships, these countries as well as other developing countries are the participants of the global finance and credit relationships. It is very interesting to analyze and review the international aspects of their monetary and credit systems.
