Abstract: In view of the problem that many countryside schools open not neat, bad lessons, many rural areas broadcast the high-quality teaching content in the city schools to the surrounding countryside schools through the information technologies, solving the problem of rural teaching resources, especially for music and art. In order to organize distance education better in rural school and improve the rural school students' participation, this paper takes hubei xianning center school and some of rural schools using "synchronous interaction mixed classrooms" and "synchronous interaction delivery classrooms" as examples, to collect predominantly video teaching material through field observation and interview, then has them coded qualitatively. Combined with the flow of basic elements of teaching process and teaching information among each element, this study analyzes the classroom participation of students in "synchronous interactive hybrid classroom" and "synchronous interactive delivery classroom". Finally, for the problems found, some Suggestions are put forward for the improvement of some process of the existing classroom teaching mode, so as to provide practical and effective help for the subsequent classroom development and promote the early realization of the goal of "good class".

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of the Engineering Post-graduate Education

Abstract: Post-graduate education is a major approach for the training of high-level personnel in China. However, compared with advanced foreign education systems, a disparity of the post-graduate student’s training quality still exists. In this paper, based on the current post-graduate eduation status, the problems exist in the engineering post-graduate education are brought forward, from the aspects of the frontier knowledge, application ability, innovation ability, and academic communication ability. The reasons of the problems in the teaching process of the engineering post-graduate courses are mainly investigated, and the major aspects related to ‘teaching’ and ‘learning’ that influence the teaching effects are discussed. It is pointed out that the dismatch between the teaching, including contents and teaching method, and learning ability of the students is the main reason of these problems. To solve them, suggestions on the teaching reforms are proposed,including: selection of teaching contents, reform of teaching method, establishement of the feedback mechanism, change of learning method, and improvement of evaluation method, etc. A closed loop strcture of the entire post-graduate teaching approach is proposed as well. This work is benefit for improving the teaching effect of the engineering post-graduate courses, and it also provides a reference for the teaching reform of the engineering post-graduate education in the new engineering background.

Abstract: The responsibility of physical education teachers is to make students become moral, intellectual and physical all-round development and have a strong body, but in the physical education of various teaching methods of dissent, as well as how to face the experience and lessons of the problem has been long debated, independent. Sometimes in discussing the problem of physical education is like a lump in the throat, the tasteless food, abandon the pity. All kinds of schools at all levels and physical education teaching accident exposure rate most of the "news", the conflict between students and PE teachers, PE teachers and students' parents dispute all the year round, the reason is the requirement for physical education, sports teaching outline with the understanding of physical education of the students and the tests, the entrance examination for students of the physical examination system, the relations between and among points. Therefore, more and more people are calling for humanities to be involved in physical education courses and teaching methods. In order to accelerate the transformation from the teaching mode centered on schools and teachers to the mode centered on people and students, it is necessary to accelerate the development and active application of humanities in physical education.

The Influence of Agreeableness on Leadership in Normal University’s Undergraduates: A Moderated Mediation Model

Abstract: In order to clarify the mechanism of agreeableness on leadership, this study constructed a moderated mediation model,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 426 postgraduates from a normal university in Shanxi Province to investigate the effects of agreeableness on leadership, the mediating role of self-efficacy, and the moderating role of empathy in the direct and indirect relationship between agreeableness and leadership. The results indicated that: (1) Agreeableness have significant positive predictive effects on self-efficacy and leadership.(2) Self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between agreeableness and leadership. Agreeableness can not only directly predict postgraduates' leadership, but also indirectly predict leadership through the self-efficacy. (3) Empathy plays moderator role in the direct effect and the first half of mediating effects. Lower empathy in direct pathways can increase the impact of agreeableness on leadership. In the mediation path, self-efficacy has a greater impact on leadership at low levels of empathy. The research results are not only conducive to understanding the relationship between agreeableness and college students' leadership from the perspectives of self-efficacy theory and trait theories leadership, but also of great significance to the cultivation of college students' leadership, professional qualities and teaching quality in China's normal universities.

Abstract: Wang Li pioneered the study of history of Chinese grammar. History of Chinese Grammar by him is the first general history of Chinese grammar in China. History of Chinese Grammar has made a comprehensive and detailed description and analysis of the problems such as the attribution of parts of speech, the usage, meaning and evolution of words, the emergence and development of syntactical structure, word-formation, and so on. Moreover, the analysis of the historical evolution of Chinese reflects the ideas and methods of grammaticalization theory in modern linguistics, which pays attention to observe the critical environment and the syntactic markers of grammatical evolution. The historical perspective of this book and the view of systematicness and graduality needed in the study of grammar also have a profound impact on later researchers. Limited to the level of research at that time, this book inevitably has some views that need to be further discussed and revised, but the review of it is beneficial to the in-depth study of Chinese historical grammar.

The Emergence of the Pragmatic Function of Construction "Di-Noun (of Person)"

Abstract: The core viewpoint of Emergent Grammar is that grammatical structure and its meaning emerge in the process of language use. The meaning of construction is "the whole is greater than the sum of parts", and the conceptual integration of construction is the process and meaning of its emergence. By discussing the emergent process, motivation and mechanism of the construction of "Di-Noun (of person)" in Shunde dialect, this paper holds that the emergent meaning of the construction generates from the prototype structure to the construction form, and its features of constructionalization emerge in the aspects of syntactic structure, semantic and pragmatic functions. For one hand, the degree of integration between the forms and meanings of the construction "Di-Noun (of person)" rises, thus its meaning can not be deduced from its literal meaning; the semantic restriction on the construction increases, which leads to the increase of solidification of the structure and meaning ; the subjective interaction gradually becomes prominent, thus the construction expresses the speaker's subjective evaluation and concern towards the hearer. On the other hand, the on-site, interactive and immediate nature of conversation is the pragmatic condition for the emergence of the meaning and function of the construction. Emergent Grammar offers important enlightenment to the study of construction and constructionalization that not only the effect of syntactic environment on construction but also the role of conversational environment should be carefully examined.
