Abstract: This paper ,firstly, combs the basic process and existing problems of current training management,based on the actual and present facts; Secondly, the application of questionnaire platform, online collaboration documents and other tools to improve the training management process is proposed to explore the practice with the current mobile Internet technology, to improve the efficiency of training management and reduce the workload of managers. Finally, considering the convenience of mobile Internet technology and the feasibility of wechat public platform application in education and training, the construction of wechat public platform training management section of development research center is considered.

Abstract: The fundamental task of teachers is to teach and educate people, while the current colleges and universities ignore the fundamental task of educating people. Curriculum ideological and political education can be divided into explicit and implicit education.The difference between the explicit and the invisible lies in the grasp of the target of the materials quoted by the ideological and political courses, while the general science and engineering courses are obviously easier to combine with the professional courses than the explicit, and easier to achieve the educational effect in the interaction with the students.This paper explores the connotation of "modern educational technology application" curriculum based on "one level and three ends" and its educational effect on normal school students' professional identity, as well as its teaching design and practice in the aspects of awareness and perception of Ideological and political objectives, combing of Ideological and political elements of curriculum, and construction of online curriculum resources. In order to realize the ideological and political reform of curriculum, we should take case as the starting point and discussion as the foothold to explore a path that conforms to the online and offline "golden course" construction standards.

Abstract: Aiming at a series of issues about“Rail Transportation Signal and Control”, such as abstract knowledge, practice workable,lack of experimental resources and low performance, a set of teaching practice system is designed, which takes rail transportation signal and control as the concept, embedded system as the core and interlocking concept as the essence. In combination with the course content, a series of professional experiments such as equipment control, route arrangement, interlocking verification, train control and other professional experiments are implemented. In the experiment teaching link, the “experimental teaching system of rail transportation signal and control” as the platform, the MCU was applicated in the experimental teaching, and combined with the vehicle control system,which was not only to achieve the basic working principle of the equipment and master, at the same time, further understanded of the concepts of interlocking, block, and so on. This experiment system is well known for its rich contents, effect of intuitive and strong repeatability. It is helpful for students to understand and master the knowledge points, which can improve the teaching effect and teaching quality.

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of scene simulation emergency drill on unexpected accidents in outpatient department and its influence on Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score. Methods: 40 cases of hospital nurses as the research object, randomly divided into study group and control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing training, study group underwent simulation training. Emergency drills were compared before and after training of two groups of nurses' comprehensive ability. At the same time, the study group and the control group of 100 cases were selected in our hospital outpatient emergency analysis of the training effect. Compared with two groups of patients with emergency response time, HAMD, SAS score and satisfaction. Results: After training the study nurse a clear division of labor, reasonable position, quick action, regulations clear, correct operation were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). The study group of condition evaluation time, establish vein channel check time, specimen time, resuscitation room rescue time were significantly lower than the control group (all P < 0.05).After training, the HAMD and SAS scores of the study group were (21.34±4.76), (32.22±5.44), which were significantly lower than that of the control group (28.92±5.15), (41.64±6.13) (all P < 0.05).After the training study group patients satisfaction was 100% (100/100), significantly higher than the control group 93% (93/100) (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Simulated emergency drills can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nurses, and effectively shorten the processing time of outpatient sudden accidents, relieve patients anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve patient satisfaction.

Abstract: With the rapid development of smart campus and educational informatization, teaching activities are becoming more and more intelligent and scientific. When data science and education science are deeply integrated, teaching activities will be more precise and personalized. This study first summarizes the data types of middle school students in teaching, then explores the combination mode of student data and teacher teaching at home and abroad, and finally gives the implementation mode and scheme of data-driven teaching in teacher teaching. According to the implementation plan of data-driven teaching, teachers can use the data generated by students to achieve accurate teaching.
