Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China's social and economic system, people's living standards continue to improve, and gradually began to pursue a higher quality of life, the domestic industry has developed by leaps and bounds, and gradually become an important part of the tertiary industry, domestic service has become an important part of people's lives, and domestic policy has also received more and more attention and become a hot topic for people to discuss. In order to further understand the domestic policy, this paper takes 25 domestic policy texts issued by various central ministries and commissions, provincial and municipal governments from 2010 to 2021 as the research object, the content analysis is carried out using the Qualitative analysis software NVivo. Existing housekeeping service policies mainly involve housekeeping service personnel, housekeeping enterprises, home service industry associations, employers, and governments. The existing housekeeping service policies are relatively rich in content, more standardized in text, and the system tends to be complete. However, there are still problems in the existing policy texts with a low level of standardization, imperfect implementation rules and weak policy pertinence, so China should take measures to improve the standardization level of policies, improve the implementation rules and strengthen policy research, so that the domestic industry can develop healthily and long-term in a sound policy environment.

Abstract: The good trend of the stock market is an important embodiment of the healthy development of the financial market. In recent years, under the influence of macroeconomic policies and political factors, especially the government's intervention in the economy has increased the uncertainty of monetary policy, which increased the volatility of China's stock market. In order to avoid the drastic fluctuations of the stock market, ensure the smooth operation of China's stock market and promote the development of China's macro economy, this paper analyzes the impact of monetary policy uncertainty on stock market volatility through empirical research. Based on the time series data from January 2010 to April 2020, the paper takes the volatility of CSI 300 index calculated by Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity model as a proxy variable of stock market volatility, and the monetary policy uncertainty index based on newspapers as the proxy variable of monetary policy uncertainty. Research shows that monetary policy uncertainty has a positive and significant effect on stock market volatility, and this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen stock market stability: firstly, to ensure the certainty of monetary policy; Secondly, national regulatory agencies should do a good job in real-time risk monitoring and early warning.

Abstract: With the continuous opening of China's foreign education policy, improving the teaching quality of foreign students education is of great significance to improve the level of China's international higher education. In view of the learning characteristics of International students with poor mathematical foundation and weak engineering ability, and the problems of unreasonable top-level design and monotonous examination methods existing in the teaching practice, the teaching group of communication and electronic circuits from Zhejiang University of Science and Technology proposes a sustainable and improved curriculum teaching system through the curriculum reform implemented for more than three yeas. The specific method is guided by the OBE (Outcome Based Education) concept and based on the cultivation of students’ ability. Then the course objectives are established according to the support of the course for the index points of graduation requirements, the four-level learning framework of “system-module-circuit -parameter” is established, the flipped classroom and PBL (Problem Based Learning) online and offline mixed classroom are implemented. Finally, a diversified assessment method is utilized. The practical results show that after the curriculum reform, it can not only effectively support the index points of graduation requirements, but also greatly improve the course performance of foreign students, and help to cultivate the ability of foreign students to analyze and solve practical engineering problems.

Abstract: China's economic growth mainly relied on quantitative expansion and technical imitation. However, when the economy develops to a certain stage, this late-mover advantage no longer exists. High-quality economic growth requires innovation, and innovation needs to be achieved through the optimal governance mechanism of enterprises. This paper demonstrates theoretically how to discover the innovation mechanism of the enterprise, so that the entrepreneur's ability to obtain full use rights, that is, the ability to use key resources, may be a better incentive mechanism than the full ownership. The intangible human capital invested by entrepreneurs in the enterprise can only realize its value through residual rights. Without various supporting use rights or decision-making rights around the core residual rights, new value cannot be created. The core theory of corporate governance absorbed by this paper solves the shortcomings of traditional theories. It is neither the classical theory of “capital is mattered” and the planning model of “power is mattered”, nor is it a model of bureaucratic capital that mixes the two, but highlights Only by “people-oriented”, marketization liberates people, and empowering entrepreneurs with access and control rights, can their potential be maximized. At the same time, cultivating a market environment of fair competition, strengthen the improvement of capital market and all others factor market have a high degree of urgency for enterprise innovation, otherwise innovation will be difficult to achieve, and enterprises will not have the growth soil for healthy development.

Abstract: With the maturity of network technology and the growth of people's demand for high-quality education, blended learning becomes one of the research directions of educational technology with potential in the information-based education reform process. TThis literature review aims to compare the differences and commonalities between the research trends, theoretical backgrounds, and research themes of blended learning in Chinese and international journals. For this reason, the final samples include 395 English documents collected in Web of Science (WOS) and SCOPUS and 179 Chinese documents collected in China Academic Journals (CNKI). This literature review used various tools to achieve comparative analysis. The contents showed different aspects of blended learning research, such as the theoretical background, implementation framework, curriculum, learning satisfaction, inquiry community, and student experience of blended learning. Finally, the conclusions of realizing the objective of this literature review proposed: the research of BL will keep its research heat, and the number of related articles shows the trend of growth. The theoretical background is different in terms of definition and implementation framework, but there is consensus on the nature of blended learning. Research topics have the same focus, such as in blended learning environments, online learning, motivation and motivation regulation, and academic performance. And related studies are complementary to each other. However, there are significant differences between flipped classroom research and the application of technology in blended learning.

Abstract: In China's higher mathematics teaching, there are two outdated textbook models, extensive classification of textbooks and poor pertinence, students lack of understanding of mathematics application methods in the process of learning mathematics, and there is a misunderstanding of mathematics learning between applied professional teachers and mathematics teachers. Mathematics sub-discipline teaching faces many difficulties: the conservative teaching environment lacks the motivation to expand knowledge; the lack of communication between professional teachers and mathematics teachers. The sub-discipline reform of advanced mathematics is a systematic project. The curriculum and teaching paradigm of advanced mathematics need to be reformed, and the education authorities need to play a guiding role to carry out teacher training and in-service teacher training from the perspective of STEM.
