Abstract: As an important part of the comprehensive transportation system, air transportation is the key link connecting regional exchanges. And air transportation can actively promote the development of regional economy. In this paper, the airport operation and regional economy of the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia are taken as the research object, the co-integration and Granger causality between the air passenger throughput (TQ) and regional gross domestic product (GDP) of the leagues and cities are analyzed, and the correlation between air passenger throughput and regional gross domestic product is discussed. It is found that there is co-integration relationship between the air passenger throughput and regional gross domestic product in seven cities. The League cities with co-integration relationship are Hohhot City, Ordos City, Baotou City, Tongliao City, Xilin Gol League, Hulunbuir City and Bayannur City. In Granger causality analysis, regional gross domestic product of Hohhot City, Baotou City, Hulun Buir City, Tongliao City, Chifeng City and Bayannur City, Xilin Gol League and Hinggan League is the Granger cause of air passenger throughput, and vice versa. regional gross domestic product and air passenger throughput of Ordos City are mutually Granger causality. In general, regional economic development plays a more significant role in promoting the growth of air transport. Through comparative study, it is found that regional economic development can better promote the growth of air transport in Tongliao City.

Abstract: Curriculum construction is the key to the quality of undergraduate teaching, and the free elective course is the expansion of professional knowledge. Free elective courses in colleges and universities are courses that can be independently selected by students according to their individual differences outside the professional courses. It is a necessary supplement and expansion of professional knowledge. Gold course construction refers to the first-class curriculum construction implemented by the Ministry of education, which aims to build a high-level curriculum with high-level, innovative, challenging and other attributes. The construction of golden course plays an important role in the curriculum construction of colleges and universities. While striving to build national first-class courses and provincial first-class courses established by the Ministry of education, colleges and universities are also actively building school-class golden courses to comprehensively improve the quality of curriculum construction. However, at present, gold class construction usually emphasizes professional courses curriculum construction. Based on the author's teaching practice and management experience, this paper expounds the importance of the construction of gold free elective courses and the way of construction. This paper emphasizes that the gold free elective course has the characteristics of flexible content selection, close connection with practice, close combination with the second classroom, innovation and entrepreneurship, etc. To create an elective free gold course, one can start from the aspects of teacher selection, classroom organization, teaching evaluation, free elective course management, etc, and strive to improve the quality of free elective courses and the participation of students, so as to make it an important link in the cultivation of high-quality talents.

Abstract: The Party and the country have promoted the establishment of a study-oriented society to a strategic height in the past six years, and the top-level design that is constantly strengthened has accumulated an institutional foundation for online teaching during the epidemic period. Moreover, the rapid development of MOOC lays a resource basis for online teaching during the epidemic period. The changes in both online teaching situations and communication means bring about innovation in teaching ideas and teaching methods, and teachers must become a main force of the innovation. Meanwhile, they should learn a lesson from traditional education and MOOC, and focus on “collaborative learning” to perform teaching design and innovation. The smooth going of online teaching this time proves that grid management mechanism in universities is remarkably efficient. However, as for the quality supervision of online teaching, universities should continue to explore more scientific and more reasonable quality evaluation index systems and evaluation procedures, more reasonable performance-based pay calculation methods and honor allocation systems, more sufficient financial support for teaching and research, and even title promotion conditions that center on teaching rather than scientific research, so as to motivate course teachers to throw themselves into teaching design and innovation persistently.

Abstract: Experimental teaching is a crutial part in the process of talent cultivation in universities. The main purpose of setting up experimental courses in colleges is to train students' ability to operate and solve problems, and promote students' scientific quality of self-motivation, active exploration and innovation. In the past, there were some technical difficulties in moving experimental courses to the Internet. In recent years, with the development of experimental teaching informatization and the sharing of high-quality teaching resources, the online and offline mixed experimental teaching based on "Internet plus" has already been feasible. Physiological experiment is a professional basic course for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy. During the COVID-19 prevention and control period, the teaching team utilized the online high-quality open teaching resources and the virtual simulation experimental platform, and organically combined it with the physical experimental teaching resources, and launched the online and offline mixed experimental teaching practice combining virtuality and reality. The application of the experimental teaching mode not only effectively breaks through the limitations of time and space, so as to expand the scope of the experiment, but also better exercise students' practical ability, cultivate students' inquiry ability, and effectively improve the teaching effect of the course. Abstract: This paper investigates the sports construction of some colleges and universities in Shandong Province, discusses the problems and trends of college sports development mode in the current construction of smart campus in Colleges and universities, and finds that at present, the sports teaching of some colleges and universities in Shandong Province is still in the management mode with teachers as the main body, the construction of relatively single management platform, and the construction of various links of sports has not formed interconnection. Through the research methods of literature, investigation and comparison, this paper puts forward that on the basis of the existing physical education teaching environment and resources, College Physical Education in Shandong Province should use digital information technology to aggregate and empower, and coordinate the comprehensive cooperation of physical education teaching resources, methods, management, evaluation and services. Abstract: Health tourism is an important policy for "implementing a healthy China strategy." China has a vast territory, and different regions have different levels of economic development and market sizes. The implementation of policies requires evaluation of resources and rankings in order to proceed in an orderly manner. Forest scenic spots are an important carrier for realizing health tourism. However, the current researches seldom discuss the quantitative evaluation of health resources in forest scenic spots. This article aims to propose a quantitative model to help local scenic spots to scientifically identify key resources to promote health tourism. This study sorted out the evaluation criteria through literature review; then designed an evaluation model using the decision-making experiment and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method; finally, verified the operation processes of the model in a local scenic spot. The results show that the designed DEMATEL evaluation model can integrate expert opinions, calculate and convert data in the MS Excel software environment, and generate numerical and visual image information. These processes allow the scenic spot managers to identify key resources in an intuitive way, and find high-impact routs to plan corresponding constructions. This research provides a practical and easy-to-operate evaluation model, which can provide richer theoretical support and quantitative tools for promoting the development of healthy tourism in local scenic spots.
