Abstract: Yunnan Province has abundant rural tourism resources, however, the vigorous development of rural tourism in Yunnan is accompanied by ecological safety risks. Severe tourism pollution restricts the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yunnan. 'Greening' has become the main way for the sustainable development of rural tourism in Yunnan under the background of 'dual carbon'. Based on the 'dual carbon' background and combining the perspectives of 'driving factors for green development' and 'green behavior', this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of 'greening' in rural tourism communities in Yunnan during the process of rural tourism development. Combined with the social network relationships of rural tourism green development communities in Yunnan, the original model is modified. On the basis of social exchange theory and group dynamics, a relationship model between social network environment and participation behavior mechanism is formed. Through this model, the endogenous driving force of rural tourism community residents to participate in green development is explored, and methods and paths to motivate the driving force for green development are sought. Ultimately, it achieves that residents can participate, are willing to participate, and have the ability to participate in all aspects of the green development of rural tourism in Yunnan, promoting the sustainable development of rural tourism and communities in Yunnan.

Abstract: Adaptation is an important research topic in developmental psychology. College adaptation is an important challenge faced by college students, and the quality of college adaptation is closely related to students' physical and mental health and development. Social support is an important factor affecting college students' school adaptation. This study mainly explores the role of meaning in life between college students' perceived social support and school adaptation. The study used the College Student Adaptability Inventory, the Perceived Social Support Scale and the Meaning in Life Questionnaire to conduct an online questionnaire survey of 2192 college students. SPSS27.0 software was used for correlation analysis and regression analysis, and the mediating effect of sense of life meaning was tested by Process macro program. The results showed that: (1) there were two significant positive correlations between college students' perceived social support, sense of life meaning and school adaptation; (2) sense of life meaning played a partial mediating role between college students' perceived social support and school adaptation. In a word, college students' perceived social support can not only directly affect their school adaptation level, but also indirectly affect their school adaptation level by affecting their sense of life meaning. Therefore, university student workers need to pay attention to the social support situation of students and strengthen their life education.

Abstract: The study focused on assessing the adoption and utilization of organic farming practices on cabbage production among farmers in Sheema Municipality. It specifically looked at; finding out the existing organic farming practices on cabbage production, factors influencing the adoption of organic farming practices on cabbage production among smallholder farmers and suggesting the possible ways of motivating smallholder farmers to increase the adoption of organic farming practices in cabbage growing. The study employed a cross-sectional research design and primary data was collected from 322 respondents. The study used questionnaire and interview guide to collect data. The data was analysed using SPSS version 22.0. The study concluded that there were major existing organic farming practices on cabbage production among farmers. Such as; crop rotation, mulching, cultural weed control and intercropping respectively, use of crop residues and organic fertilizer application. The study also concluded that there were significant factors influencing the adoption of organic farming practices on cabbage production among smallholder farmers which included; land ownership at (p=.002), knowledge on use of organic farming practices (p=.029), limited off and on-farm income (p=.003) extension training services (p=.025) and availability of credit services (p=.024). The study concluded that there were significant and non-significant possible ways of motivating smallholder farmers to increase the adoption of organic farming practices which included; awareness campaigns and emphasis on training workshops on use of organic farming practices was significant at (p=.002), increasing easy access to credit to famers at low interest rate was also significant at (p=.005), subsidization of organic farming materials at a least cost by government was also significant at (p=.001), Capacitating the national extension systems to respond to organic agriculture needs was significant at (p=.000) and non-significant ones were; encouraging collaboration between farmers and trading institutions at (p=.144) trading and marketing organic agriculture products at (p=.590) and establishment of market infrastructures for organic products at (p=.199). The study recommends that; there is a need to develop a cadre of trained and certified organic agriculture professionals to support move towards use of organic farming practices, there is a need to ensure constant extension trainings on organic farming to cabbage farmers to enhance adequate knowledge that would change their negative attitude and perception towards use of organic farming practices and there is a need for credit institutions to lower their interest rate under the government policy to allow most cabbage farmers access credit.

Abstract: With the continuous evolution of AI technology, the demand for talents is constantly increasing, and the demand for high-quality talents is becoming increasingly urgent. Campus recruitment, as an important way of talent introduction, provides AI companies with rich talent selection space. However, people from different eras have completely different cognitive and behavioral preferences towards campus recruitment. The generation that grew up before and after the reform may not have established a sense of independent career choice when they first entered society at a young age; Some of the post-90s generation, who were initially labeled as "rebellious," have now entered their thirties and are increasingly learning to seek their professional value under the premise of seeking stability in reality. In the post-95s and post-00s generation who have been "rectifying the workplace", they have learned to make two-way choices and can even use various information channels to conduct "reverse interviews" with enterprises to ensure suitable employment opportunities. At present, the campus recruitment group has gradually entered the "post-2000" era. While AI companies need to face fierce market competition, how to attract and retain excellent young talents has become an important challenge. The article analyzes and summarizes the current situation of campus recruitment in contemporary AI enterprises, and provides suggestions for optimization solutions. It is hoped that this can solve the practical problems that contemporary AI companies face in campus recruitment and provide reference for the implementation of campus recruitment plans in related AI enterprises in the future.
