Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low innovation efficiency and waste in domestic manufacturing enterprises, this paper, on the basis of lean improvement, combines the principle of conjugate analysis to solve the contradictions in production, and uses the extension innovation method to optimize the production line optimization. E-type engine is the research object,By implementing extension transformation, impossible problems can be transformed into possible problems, infeasible problems can be transformed into feasible problems, and unknown problems can be transformed into knowable problems.First of all, this paper finds the existing problems by collecting data, establishes the employee model, inventory model, working time model, and conducts correlation analysis and divergence analysis to get the methods and approaches to solve the conflicting problems, and establishes the compatibility function of the waste problem. , and quantify the degree of waste. Secondly, the extension analysis of the E-type engine extension model is carried out, and the relationship between them is found from the angle of soft and hard conjugate. Thirdly, the conjugate transformation is carried out on the model, and the basic elements are transformed by the basic transformation method and the extension transformation operation method. Finally, generate a variety of improvement strategies, evaluate the goodness of the extension strategy, and select the extension strategy greater than 0 as the optimal extension strategy according to the company's requirements. The extension method can solve the contradictions in production management.

Abstract: The COVID-19 outbreak threatens human life and health, and as a systemic external impact also has a huge impact on tourism enterprises.How to rescue tourism enterprises, improve the ability of tourism enterprises to operate, and explore the recovery of tourism enterprises is the top priority.Taking 131 listed tourism enterprises in China as the research object, the data of the four quarters of 2019 and 2020 were selected to build a dual difference model for empirical analysis to test the impact of asset-light operation before the impact of COVID-19 on the operating conditions of tourism enterprises.The robustness of the results was further verified by changing the impact time of the epidemic and changing the equity heterogeneity analysis.The research results show that tourism enterprises with asset-light operation can significantly alleviate the negative impact of COVID-19 impact on tourism enterprises, and the operating conditions of enterprises have significantly promoted leasing compared with enterprises that have not implemented asset-light operation.However, the mitigation effect has a limited effect on state-owned enterprises, and the effect on non-state-owned enterprises is more obvious.Experience data analysis based on micro level can help evaluate the impact of the epidemic impact on the economy of tourism enterprises, which is of important reference significance for the strategic planning of tourism enterprises and the government's policy formulation of tourism industry.

Abstract: When poverty alleviation is completed, how to achieve rural revitalization and development is a key issue related to China's new agricultural, rural and peasant reform. In China's economic and social development, urban and rural areas are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. Urban development cannot be achieved without the support of rural prosperity, and rural revitalization cannot be achieved without the strong radiation and impetus of urban development. In this context, by establishing the comprehensive evaluation index system of rural revitalization and urban development in Jilin Province, using the entropy method to calculate the 2009-2019 coupling coordination degree model, and analyzing the coupling coordination state in different years, the results show that the coupling coordination degree of urban and rural areas in Jilin Province is increasing over time. Abstract: With China's rapid economic and social development, the welfare protection of financial expenditure on people's livelihood is gaining more and more attention from the public, and improving the efficiency of financial expenditure is an important means to enhance government performance and people's satisfaction. This paper uses a three-stage DEA approach to measure and analyse the efficiency of local education and healthcare expenditure in Shanghai, and the study finds that environmental factors have a significant impact on financial expenditure efficiency. After excluding environmental and random factors, this paper calculates the true efficiency values of education and healthcare expenditure in Shanghai from 2015 to 2019 by three-stage DEA model, along with the total factor productivity of the true efficiency values using the Malmquist index method. The results show that the difference in the overall efficiency of people's livelihood fiscal expenditures in Shanghai is caused by technical efficiency, while the technological progress index is the main factor that leads to a decrease in the efficiency of total factor expenditures year by year. In terms of the overall trend, the adjusted overall efficiency has been increasing with the change of years, with the average value rising from a low of 0.839 in 2016 to 0.941 in 2019, an increase of more than 0.1, indicating that the efficiency of the Shanghai government's resource allocation is improving over time. Therefore, local governments should focus on improving the structure and management efficiency of fiscal funds, improving the level of budgeting and continuously improving performance management.

Abstract: Before the 1980s, the meaning of Orientalism was single, that is only to carry out research in various fields related to Oriental civilization, and to excavate, narrate and write knowledge. Orientalism written by the Arab-American scholar Edward W. Said, is one of the representative works of colonial cultural theory that emerged after the 1990s. The Cairo Trilogy (Palace Walk, Palace of Desire, Sugar Street), written by Egyptian Realist writer Naguib Mahfouz in series, published in 1956 and 1957. The story which focused on national identity in the novel takes place in three old neighborhoods in Cairo, Egypt, so this novel is also known as The Cairo Trilogy. Unlike other diaspora writers, Mahfouz did not have multiple nationalities and never left the land he grew up in, but was caught up in the tumultuous times of modern Egypt and experienced the violent clash of Eastern and Western ideologies and cultures.
