Abstract: In today's informatization, massive digital information has become a major advantage of modern education. Educators need to keep pace with the times and change traditional educational concepts. The professional teachers need to change traditional educational concepts, constantly innovate teaching methods and means, and give full play to the advantages of teaching resources. In the past three years, due to the impact of the epidemic around the world, online and offline hybrid teaching has broken the inherent form of "teacher-centered" traditional teaching. The teacher team makes full use of offline and offline advantageous resources to actively create a "student-centered" flipped classroom. The Internet of Things technology and application course is a core basic course for the Internet of Things engineering major. The faculty team actively carries out teaching research and reform, and carries out online and offline mixed teaching. As a teacher, we must really play the role of a guide and provide personalized, diversified and diversified teaching to students. The lecturer changes teaching methods and means, pays attention to individualized training, stimulates students' interest in independent learning, improves the spirit of innovation and cooperation, cultivates the ability to solve engineering problems, and establishes future study and work goals. Therefore, students' self-learning ability is continuously improved and their professional comprehensive quality is improved.

Abstract: The purpose of this systematic review was to examine by reviewed the conducted external quality assurance research by different researchers in Ethiopian higher education institutions. Quality assurance is as specialized management and assessment procedures adopted by higher education institutions to monitor and enhance academic performance, enhance academic standards, and generate information on outputs and standards for qualification manpower, including university levels. Different authors studied that external quality assurance refers to the actions of an external body which to assess its operation programs to determine. This systematic review aims to synthesize the articulation of external quality assurance in Ethiopian education system implementation stated by different researchers. Google search has been supported through, science Direct, and research gate databases to get systematically reviewed. Thirteen different kinds of literature were searched seven were screened and three of the literature are relevant and reliable to the review questions that have been reviewed. The findings from the reviewed studies stated that if quality assurance of education is implemented in a good manner it was very accreditation for higher education and even a guarantee for enhanced productivity and increase competition.

Integrating ideological and political education into professional courses is conducive to giving full play to the educational function, improving the comprehensive quality of students, and then training high-level economic talents. The willingness and requirements of postgraduates affect the learning effect of students, which determines whether curriculum ideological and political education can be implemented effectively. Based on the research background, the research purpose is to understand the willingness and requirements of postgraduates majoring in economics to implement curriculum ideological and political education to provide a reference for the concrete implementation of curriculum ideological and political education. The research method is the questionnaire survey which was conducted on postgraduates majoring in economics. The research results show that postgraduates have a high willingness to implement curriculum ideological and political education, and put forward requirements and expectations for universities and teachers in terms of teaching methods and contents, evaluation methods, and expected harvest, which is based on the educational needs. According to the results of the survey, some suggestions are put forward to promote the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education for postgraduates majoring in economics.

Abstract: The curriculum is the core element of talent training, and the quality of the curriculum directly determines the quality of talent training. The first-class "double million" course construction is to follow the "two sexes once" standard, and strive to create a high-quality "golden course". The construction of first-class courses revolves around the fundamental task of upholding moral education and gathering new connotations and characteristics of the new generation of university curriculum construction, which is a necessary grasp to achieve educational goals and educational ideals, an important means to promote teachers' professional development, and an important carrier to cultivate students' core qualities for development. This paper analyses the current situation of first-class course construction, analyses the problem of emphasizing golden teachers rather than golden courses in the construction of course review, and proposes solutions. The first-class course construction should be committed to the implementation of teaching reform results to the construction of the course, so that the course is not sensitive to teachers, qualified teachers after training, teaching the course can achieve the effect of the gold course. Focus on the design and innovation of the teaching process, strengthen the construction of the course with a goal-oriented approach, optimize and reconstruct the teaching content and course system, and design the specific content and practical aspects of the course around the outcomes and impact of the course knowledge. Deepen the teaching reform and focus on the implementation and effectiveness of the course.

Abstract: With the in-depth implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy in colleges and universities, the investment and support for the construction of university laboratories at all levels are increased in China. However, most university laboratories still have some serious problems, such as lack of long-term scientific planning for construction, imperfection management system, outdated laboratory equipment and low utilization rate. In the process of cultivating innovative talents, university laboratories are responsible for stimulating the interest in innovation of students, promoting the realization of innovative ideas, and finally cultivating innovative talents. The laboratory accreditation system in colleges and universities promotes the integration of experimental teaching with modern industry, enables students to have scientific laboratory management experience and qualified experimental technology level, and can promote students to form innovative thinking in practice and promote the further development of innovative talent training mode. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of university laboratory, this paper explores the establishment path of university laboratory accreditation system for the cultivation of innovative talent, and practices the teaching goal of promoting the cultivation of innovative talents by experimental teaching. The construction of the laboratory accreditation system can not only provide innovative talents with strong professional skills for social development, but also improve the management level and technical ability of the laboratory.

Abstract: English writing proficiency is an important skill for undergraduate students in universities in China. A great deal of researches have been devoted to study the current English writing practices in universities in China. Chinese undergraduate students are reported to have certain difficulties and challenges in writing in English, such as incoherence in English writing, improper use of learned vocabulary, and lack of logical connections and conjunctions among sentences. Most of the studies focus on non-English-majors, but studies on English-majors are quite limited. This study investigates English writing difficulties among undergraduate English-majors in China by employing a literature review of recent related publications. We also invited 30 professional English writing teachers in universities in China to take interviews to explore the difficulties in English writing among undergraduate English-majors. The results show that great difficulties lie in limited choice of vocabulary and sentence types, and incoherent and incohesive structure organization. The findings of this study will help teachers to better understand current English writing practices of undergraduate English-majors in universities in China. Based on the findings of this study, suggestions for teaching strategies are also provided to improve English writing for undergraduate English-majors in China.

Abstract: The construction of emerging engineering education requires Chinese colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and outstanding engineering talents to cope with the new technological revolution and industrial revolution. Computer major is one of the most closely related and potential majors with the emerging engineering education. As the core basic course of hardware courses for computer major, Digital Circuit has strong advanced nature and engineering attributes, so it has become the vanguard of teaching reform under the background of emerging engineering education. Based on the current teaching situation of Digital Circuit, this paper analyzes the main problems and causes in the teaching process, and proposes to introduce the CDIO (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate) engineering education concept into the teaching of Digital Circuit in combination with the construction goal of emerging engineering education. Reform should be carried out from the aspects of reconstructing teaching ideas, designing teaching systems, and implementing project-driven teaching methods. In the reformed teaching mode, teachers change from lecturers to guides, who guide students to study and discuss, and students from passive recipients to active learners, who study actively by themselves. In the learning process, students' abilities of self-learning, teamwork, engineering practice and innovation and entrepreneurship etc., which the excellent engineering talents need to have, can be exercised and improved significantly.
