Abstract: Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents is an important subject and reform direction of Engineering Education in Colleges and universities in China. This paper analyzes the four-level system of engineering training talents in colleges and universities in China, and points out that there are "four strong and four weak" problems in the current engineering innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system, that is, stronger than classroom but weaker than extra-curricular, stronger than the whole but weaker than personality, stronger internally but weaker than coordination, stronger than knowledge but weaker than moral education. In view of the problems existing in the current training of engineering innovation and entrepreneurship talents, this paper puts forward the exploration and practice of the "333" engineering innovation and entrepreneurship comprehensive talents training system with the community as the carrier. On the basis of fully analyzing the current training mode of engineering talents in colleges and universities, taking the basic engineering training center of Jiangsu University as an example, it focuses on how to establish student associations in the center, and carries out specific implementation plans and implementation effects with associations as the carrier. The results show that the "333" integrated project talent training system based on the corporate carrier can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional talent training model, and has certain practical significance and promotion value.

Abstract: The course of Compiler Principle is rich in theory which have strong logicality. It is an important professional compulsory course for undergraduate students majoring in computer science. Its theory is difficult to understand. The design and implementation of experiments need a certain basis of programing. For the study of theoretical concepts of the course, we propose an inverse derivation method. In addition, aiming at the experimental section, we propose a progressive experimental method to simplify the implementation of comprehensive experiments. Therefore, we construct a mutual feedback teaching system of theory and experiment. With the help of the system, students can not only understand theory easier, but also understand the causes of theory furtherly. Furthermore, the system can lead student to expand their thinking method. Through the trial of the system for students majoring in computer science and technology (Grade 2018) of Langfang Normal University, we found that the students' ability of understanding concepts have been improved to a great extent and their ability of logical thinking have been deepened. With regard to the experimental aspect, their experimental ability have been further improved, and the ability of transformation from theoretical problems to practical applications have been strengthened, which achieved a certain better effect of teaching.

Abstract: The signing of the Bologna declaration in 1999 is a turning point which created a new axis for the development of the higher education systems in the different European Union (EU) states by establishing a transnational cooperation for building a better-integrated, high-quality, welcoming, attractive and competitive unified European medium for higher education. Despite the obvious advancement for Bulgaria since Bologna (regarding the improved access and increasing the share of higher education graduates, improving higher education quality, modernizing the higher school management system, et al) there is still a lot to be done to overcome some noticeable differences with the other European systems for higher education. Because of this, the goal of this paper is to present the levels and dynamics of some of the main indicators for higher education in Bulgaria and in the European Union states after dividing them into three groups – involvement and participation in the higher education system, academic staff and expenditure on higher education. The gathering of data for the analysis is performed through the last publicly available data from Eurostat (for eight calendar years) and the National Statistics Institute (NSI) in Bulgaria (for ten school years). Among the more important conclusions that can be made are: the total number of students in the EU is increasing while in Bulgaria there is a lasting tendency of decreasing; the highest relative share of professors is in the age group 55-64 years in just two EU states – Bulgaria and Finland; even though public expenses for higher education in Bulgaria are trending upward, they are still far from the average European levels. The results in this current paper may be useful to the academic community, public institutions, non-government organizations, branch organizations and other interested parties.

Abstract: Influenced by the outbreak of the Xin-guan epidemic since the end of 2019, colleges and universities are faced with the risk of sealing and controlling at any time due to a large number of students and strong crowd gathering. It is sometimes difficult to complete the offline teaching plan on time when the epidemic situation sweeps across the local area. Therefore, college education should gradually adapt to the new changes in educational concepts, teaching methods, and assessment systems. Thanks to the rapid development of information technology, the virtual classroom has become an important online teaching method. Compared with the tangible classroom, the virtual classroom emphasizes the students 'sense of participation. College education combines online teaching with offline teaching, gradually forming a new online and offline hybrid teaching method in the post-epidemic era. Taking the course "Principles of Underwater Acoustics" taught by the author's team as an example, according to the realistic teaching conditions in the post-epidemic era, with the help with virtual classroom as an information technology tool, combined with the learning characteristics of students and syllabus, this new teaching mode-online and offline hybrid learning model is adopted, which is elaborated from the aspects of teaching preparation, teaching process implementation, after-class re-examination, and reflection, teaching evaluation composition, etc. The practice shows that the online and offline hybrid teaching strategy is based on a virtual classroom. It stimulates the students’ learning enthusiasm and improves the students’ learning effect. It is a feasible new talent training mode in the post-epidemic era.

Abstract: The outbreak of the pandemic has brought varying influence to society, economy, life and other aspects, and thus affected the ideological and political education. The post pandemic era presenting some new characteristics has put ideological and political education into a new situation. In the context of the long-term and normalized pandemic prevention and control, it not only brings a unique opportunity for university counselors' network ideological and political education, but also brings unprecedented challenges. As yet the network ideological and political education of university counselors is not only faced with unprecedented challenges such as insufficient clear orientations, attractive content and inconspicuous results, strong team building and continuing educational innovation, but it is also provided a new perspective and put forward new requirements. As students’ life mentors and confidants, university counselors should broaden their channels, keep close to reality, take cultivating people with virtue as the fundamental principle, take “red culture” as the basis, and improve the clarity of network ideological and political education, the attraction of network ideological and political education by publicizing the story of combating pandemic and the effectiveness of network ideological and political education led by the power of examples. At the same time, we should improve the team construction and innovation in the network ideological and political education, find the accurate position, give full play to the advantages, clarify the role, and implement precise policies, so as to do a better job in the network ideological and political education of students, and contribute to the national talent training.

Abstract: E-government is a new thing, and there is no ready experience to follow. Due to the influence of many factors such as the original values, system, economic conditions, and information level, its development is like any other new thing, and countries around the world inevitably face many problems in the process of building E-government. The shortage of e-government talents is one of the main problems restricting economic development. To this end, many schools have opened e-government industry classes for government personnel. Recently, many schools have found that the original training mode is too single and there are many risks. In order to ensure the quality of teaching, training schools should adjust their enrollment and training strategies in time. Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation and characteristics of e-government talents in China, this paper puts forward some reform strategies. First of all, we use the method of questionnaire to preliminarily understand the types of students and their needs for knowledge; Secondly, the course system in the early stage is discussed through discussion; Then, adjust the curriculum in time according to the problems found in the practice teaching process; Finally, the curriculum system dynamically adapts to the changes of e-government talents. I hope my work can provide some reference for e-government personnel training workers.

Abstract: The training program is a programmatic document to guide a professional training, while the syllabus is a guiding document to guide teachers to conduct curriculum teaching. The syllabus is not purely curriculum oriented, but should serve the objectives of the training program. When the objectives of the training program change, our syllabus should also be adjusted accordingly. A good syllabus is the prerequisite and foundation for teaching a course well. The "agile software development" analyzed in this paper is a limited course for software engineering majors. In the whole teaching and training program, it is a professional course belonging to the branch of software engineering. In the whole training program, the branch courses of software engineering include introduction to software engineering, software process and project management, software architecture, software testing and quality assurance, and agile software development. This course is offered on the basis that the students of this major have mastered the basic principles and methods of software engineering, and understand and master the application and practice methods of software engineering ideas in practical projects. This paper gives a detailed introduction to the latest agile software development curriculum, which has been revised for many years, from the aspects of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, assessment methods, etc., hoping to provide reference for educators engaged in teaching related courses.
