Abstract: This research article deeps on higher education institution challenges in terms of governance, internationalization, research, student engagement and sustainability within an innovative and adaptative higher education academic framework necessary to achieve the challenges ahead in a highly competitive and technologically changing environment. With this purpose a series of university strategic challenges are reviewed and analyzed in order to tackle and establish the expected degree of quality and excellence that these higher education institutions must achieve and maintain over time. The main objective of this research article is to demonstrate from a deductive approach the hypothesis that a consistent and successful student professional development is based on the fulfillment of a demanding and stimulating academic experience through critical spirit awareness, research capacity empowerment and the acquisition of skills and knowledge delivered by an academic institution capable to ensure student engagement along with specific in-company training as fundamental components for achieving a graduate’s lasting professional competitiveness able to cope with the current environmental, economic and social challenges ahead.

Abstract: Problematic: when being the thematic one on educational inclusion, he/she becomes a topic of interest at the present time inside the university address, when being kept in mind the integral formation of the professionals. Objective: to propose a Methodological Concepción with focus multidisciplinario for the university address, by means of the educational inclusion in the professional's formation in the XXI century. Methodology: he/she was carried out a qualitative descriptive study of prospective longitudinal court during the period 2021 in the Ability of Technology of the Health. Such theoretical methods were applied as: historical-logical, the systematizing, the descriptive statistic and the consultations to experts. In the empiric ones: the observation, the documental analysis, the survey and the interview. Results and discussion: the investigation analyzed the university management in the address of health like a tool of the educational inclusion, which allowed to value the neoliberal and global tendencies, the masividad, the decentralization and the necessity of the university formation in the conception of the new university inside the paradigms of the medical sciences. The inquiries that were carried out starting from the surveys to 38 people; they threw that the educational inclusion influences significantly for the Concepción Methodological proposal. Conclusions: the challenges imposed in the improvement of the new university, postulate the Methodological Concepción with a focus multidisciplinario, where they commit to the actors formative inmersos in the educational systems as theoretical-practical tools of the scientific thought responsible with the challenges that face the Sciences of the Medical Education.

Abstract: The Early preparation of children to become entrepreneurs is an essential issue in front of the international communities. The study keens to shed the light on the importance of forming the child entrepreneur from the kindergarten stage to form global entrepreneurs that serve multiple developmental sectors. The idea of raising a child to become an entrepreneur, owning his project and his skills, mastering the arts of management, marketing, solving problems, and dealing with groups all require institutional and international sponsorship to achieve this. Therefore, raising a child to be a risk-taker and have a creative idea and implement it; is the twenty-first century's skill. So, it will reap many fruits in the various areas of sustainable development that the current study aims to. The study discusses the pivotal educational approaches for the child to become an entrepreneur. The researcher has developed three approaches, the objective-oriented discovery learning approach, transforming valuable ideas for children into entrepreneurial projects, and the creative impact assessment on the child entrepreneur's growth approach. The researcher developed the expected scenarios to achieve these approaches, teaching philosophy to children, the Federation of Child Entrepreneurs Scenario, and chains of Achievements for Children Entrepreneurs Scenario. The researcher also designed a futuristic framework to achieve these scenarios by referring to the competencies and the best practices.

Students’ Attitude Towards Reading and Its Associated Factors in Samara University, North East Ethiopia

Abstract: Reading is mentally stimulated, attain knowledge and ideas, reduce stress in their lives, advance their vocabularies and memory, and develop keener analytical skills. All of these skills and abilities are critical to a student's success in school and life. Accordingly, this study was intended to identify and analyze the factor that affect student’s attitude towards reading at Samara University. This study used cross sectional study design and 345 students were nominated by via stratified random sampling method and the data have been collected using structured questionnaires. Binary logit model was used under this study. Descriptive statistics result out 345 students 55 (15.9%) had negative attitude towards reading and the remaining 290 (84.1%) had positive attitude towards reading, most students had a positive attitude towards reading. Binary logit regression result that showed: educational level of student’s family, palace of coming students, participation of group discussions and students reading schedule are significant and significantly affect attitude toward reading. This study suggested that: students should have a reading schedule, students must be attending in class & participate group discussion, and the university should provide materials that control the effect of weather condition such as air cooling (AC) and ventilator.
