Abstract: Research is essential to the improved practice of a profession and is indispensable in completing a program of study. However, business education students have remarkable difficulty and challenges in conducting research resulting in the inability to complete their research projects on time. This study will examine the relationship between the three research constructs: research self-efficacy, perceptions of the research training environment, and interest in research among business education students. Furthermore, the study will investigate whether business education students differ in research self-efficacy, perception of the research training environment, and interest in research based on their demographic characteristics. Employing a cross-sectional research design and using structured questionnaires administered to 149 business education students, it was revealed that there is no significant difference in the three research constructs in terms of gender and program of study and no significant relationship between gender and program of study and the three research constructs. This study suggests integrating research into coursework to promote interest in research and provide a supportive research training environment that will contribute to a positive research experience among students. Moreover, a recommendation is to conduct a follow-up study employing a longitudinal research design per program to measure the influence of research self-efficacy, research training environment, and interest in research of the students through their program of study.

Abstract: According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of education to expand the cultivation categories of professional degree graduate students, China's professional degree graduate education will have a good chance to develop fast. It is expected that by 2025, the enrollment of professional master's degree students will account for two-thirds of the enrollment of master's degree students, which will become an important component of graduate education. With the development of professional degree postgraduate education, the allocation of its education scale and structure has gradually become the focus of attention of relevant scholars in China and abroad. Therefore, in order to discuss the relationship between the cultivation of professional degree postgraduates and the needs of China's economic and social development, taking Shandong province, which is a big agricultural and manufacturing province in china, as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the scale and structure of professional postgraduates' education in Shandong province, using the gray correlation method to evaluate the relationship between the higher discipline structure, educational hierarchy, and industrial structure of professional degree postgraduates. It also explained the problem that the professional degree graduate education in Shandong province does not match the local economic development in the process of industrial transformation, and proposed measures to optimize the scale and structure of professional degree graduate education in Shandong province from the aspects of expanding the scale of professional degree education, optimizing the discipline structure of professional degree, building a diversified training system, and realizing the path of symbiotic development, and provide relevant policies and suggestions to promote local economic and social development.

Abstract: Under the background of popularization of higher education, more and more college students who are not good at reading enter local colleges. These college students are characterized with high reading enthusiasm but poor learning methods. They can earnestly complete the tasks assigned by teachers, however, they can not be flexible to solve problems with slight changes. And after graduating from college, they often can't solve the life problems well, and therefore fall into a life predicament. In the face of these college students, if the higher mathematics teachers can give proper guidance to enable them to master scientific learning methods and thinking methods while completing classroom knowledge teaching, the higher mathematics teachers will greatly promote the growth of college students and contribute to the development of local colleges and the social stability. However, most local colleges at present still adopt the indoctrination teaching mode in higher mathematics teaching which pays attention to knowledge teaching, and ignores the hidden educational value of knowledge and the guidance of learning methods and thinking methods. Facing this teaching malpractice in local colleges, the paper attempts to explore an effective way to realize knowledge mastery and educational value simultaneously. First of all, according to the reality of college students, the paper puts forward the higher mathematics teaching goal which is to realize the educational value of rational thinking exercise, humanistic spirit training and innovation awareness stimulation through the training of three thinking modes. Secondly, the paper presents four effective ways such as learning objectives, studying methods, teaching modes and evaluation methods to realize the above educational values.

Abstract: Under the promotion of the internationalization process, foreign intelligence introduction has become an important work of Chinese universities, and the introduction of foreign talents can achieve the goal of "gathering the world talents and using it". This paper qualitatively analyzes the factors that affect the efficiency of foreign teachers' scientific research, including the employment management system, humanistic care and incentive mechanism, resource conditions and scientific research atmosphere. And this paper based on Kaya identity uses the LMDI model in stages to study the influencing factors of Jiangsu university foreign postdoctoral scientific research output in 2014-2021, the empirical results show that the total funding, scientific research enthusiasm, funding efforts and project cost have a positive effect on scientific research output, and the capital introduction efficiency, population structure and paper quality hindered the foreign postdoctoral scientific research output. Based on this, this paper gives the corresponding policy suggestions that Jiangsu University should strengthen the allocation for foreign teachers, rationally use funds to fund foreign teachers' scientific research projects and build a soft environment for scientific research, introduce talents in various aspects, accelerate the internationalization of higher education, build a harmonious environment to improve the enthusiasm, formulate appropriate funding plans and improve the relevant management measures, so as to provide theoretical support for Jiangsu University to strengthen the scientific research efficiency of foreign teachers.

Abstract: The new period, new economy and new education have put forward new requirements for the teaching of economic management courses in colleges and universities, and various teaching modes have emerged. In this paper, Abstract research method, investigation method and empirical research method are adopted. Based on comprehensive analysis of undergraduate education and teaching, students' learning status, curriculum setting and teaching reform, highlighting students' learning process and improve the level of students' comprehensive, innovative teaching methods, the construction of TPS participatory model, the model for students to analyze problems, problem solving designed a special module, which is conducive to teachers to teach according to the material, can play the students' autonomy and creativity, and cultivate the spirit of mutual cooperation. A democratic and tolerant teaching environment is established to give full play to students' thinking ability and cultivate their innovation ability. An open-ended online questionnaire survey of nearly 1000 students in five universities was conducted to understand the application effect of the curriculum innovation model and to explore the idea of constructing a curriculum innovation model for teaching and economic management in universities. The results show that curriculum teaching innovation is a systematic project, and a successful curriculum teaching model must be a whole process, all-round and full participation and supervision. We will improve and consolidate the learning of students' professional basic knowledge, strengthen the construction of professional courses and promote the construction of professional curriculum teaching innovation model.

Abstract: Cultivating the core qualities of postgraduate students is an enduring topic in postgraduate education, as well as an important part of it. In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of the core quality of postgraduate students, this paper focuses on the following two key issues from the perspective of college teaching reform, based on the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education under the new situation: (1) The construction of the framework of core quality cultivation of postgraduates under the mission of fostering virtue through education; (2) The implementation path of core quality cultivation of postgraduates under the mission of fostering virtue through education, reconstructing the basic framework of core quality cultivation of postgraduate students and designing the corresponding implementation path. Abstract: Human beings are a relational existence, and the order of relations between teachers and students is the reflection of subject-object philosophical concepts in educational life, and is the logical premise of "student-centered" education and teaching reform. The first nature of teacher-student relationship is interpersonal relationship, which not only has the commonality of general relationships, but also has its own particularity because of its unique position in the field of education and teaching. The regulations on the order of teacher-student relations directly restrict the effectiveness of educational and teaching activities. The traditional paradigm of teacher-student relationship order highlights "teacher-centeredness" or "child-centeredness", which places teachers and students in a one-way model of duality and opposition, which often breeds disadvantages such as confrontation, conflict, and hegemony. At present, under the background of "student-centered" education and teaching reform, due to the lack of effective balance between students' subjective status and teachers' rational authority, the teacher-student relationship order still has drawbacks such as one-way interaction, behavioral utilitarianism, emotional indifference, and inter-interpersonal antagonism. This study attempts to take the theory of intersubjectivity as the logical starting point and attempts to reconstruct a new paradigm of teacher-student relationship order with equality as the primary premise, understanding as the core connotation, dialogue as the path, respect as the fundamental guarantee, and empathy as the value implication, in order to provide guidance for the "student-centered" education and teaching reform in the new era of China.
