Abstract: In recent years, “blended learning” and “curriculum-based morality cultivation” have become two research hotspots in Chinese tertiary foreign language education field. Enhancing morality cultivation (also termed as moral education or ideological-political education by some researchers) is the goal for higher education achieved through the instruction of general and specialized college courses. Blended learning, an inevitable product of “Internet + Education” era, provides an effective approach for both teachers and students to reach the goal. For decades, English is learned more as a tool than a means to cultivate students’ humanistic values. Besides, there’s a serious insufficiency in the training of higher-order thinking skills in tertiary EFL classes. To tackle the two problems prevalent in today’s college English teaching, this paper, guided by two important official Guidelines, analyzes the connotation and ways of cultivating morality through language teaching. It also reviews the research on blended learning and blended language learning to show the potentials of this learning model. One specific teaching example from College English Reading and Writing Course is given to demonstrate the ways of imparting knowledge, developing skills and cultivating values by effectively integrating face-to-face and online learning. The study is expected to provide a feasible solution to the two problem mentioned above, deepen readers’ understanding of the two research hotspots and enable teachers of College English Courses in China to apply this model to their teaching practice.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer information, Computer technology and products have been fully integrated into people's daily life. This requires people to have basic computer operation skills. As an agricultural and forestry university, it is necessary to pay attention to the cultivation of basic computer skills of college students in various majors in the process of training talents. As a professional teacher in universities, the author has worked hard in teaching for nearly 17 years. On the one hand, the author undertakes the professional teaching of Internet of Things Engineering, on the other hand, she undertakes the teaching of College Students' Computer Foundation. The author pays attention to the renewal of the teaching content of the course, and actively carries out the reform and practice in teaching. Our teaching team has accumulated rich teaching experience and methods after years of practical teaching. This paper mainly comes from the author's many years teaching experience in basic computer education. Firstly, the author systematically analyzes the problems and causes in the teaching process of computer basic courses. Members of the teaching team actively carry out curriculum teaching reform and practice, carrying out online and offline hybrid teaching. The ultimate goal of teaching is to constantly improve the teaching quality and effect, improve the students' practical ability and office automation level. Students from different majors increase their core competitiveness of employment through systematic learning.

Abstract: Colleges and universities have the right of independent management according to law. In the aspect of student management, formulate "Disciplinary Punishment Regulations for students", according to which students are rewarded and punished. However, the legal rights and interests of some college students have been infringed due to various problems in the formulation basis, the content of regulations and their implementation which are contrary to the constitution and laws. The fundamental reason is that the concept of education is not correct, the legal system of higher education is not perfect, and the judicial review is absent. In particular, the law based on which colleges and universities formulate the "Regulations on the Punishment of students' discipline Violations" does not clearly define the scope of the affairs of the punishment of students' power, which leads to the confusion of the decentralization of power in the student affairs office of colleges and universities. In this regard, the article puts forward the principle of legal reservation, from the absolute legal reservation, relative legal reservation and no legal reservation to clarify the scope of college students' management power of three aspects, supplemented by judicial review limited involvement, adhere to due process, improve the student punishment institutions, improve the supervision system, and construct a scientific "student punishment regulations for disciplinary violations". The article puts forward the opinion on how to protect the legitimate rights and interests of college students with the right to education as the core and has profound enlightenment.

Abstract: Wien-bridge oscillation circuit is an important part of analog circuit experiment. Its theoretical knowledge covers a wide range of contents, which are abstract and difficult to understand. However, in the experiment, due to the solidification of hardware equipment and the poor observability, the experimental effect is not ideal, which is not conducive to the understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge. This paper simulates the experiment with the help of Multisim simulation software, which can visually and vividly demonstrate the changes of circuit characteristics, and realize the observation and verification of circuit mechanisms such as starting, balancing, frequency selection, distortion, and stopping vibration. That enhances students’ perceptual understanding of abstract and complex theoretical knowledge and is of great significance to their understanding of the structure, principle and operation mechanism of Wien-bridge oscillation circuit. It can be seen that Multisim simulation teaching is an effective supplement to traditional teaching methods and means. Students not only observe the “results” of waveform generation, but also experience its “micro-process”. At the same time, it contributes to the expansion, deepening and integration of knowledge learned, which has important value for the improvement of students’ exploration and innovation ability, so as to better exert the experimental efficiency, further realizing the combination of theory and practice. Moreover, the Multisim simulation software has rich components, which increases the flexibility of the experiment, and is also of great significance for the implementation of online teaching mode.
