Abstract: With the background of promoting the construction of new engineering disciplines and the development of artificial intelligence technology in the global wide, and in response to the current situation of the teaching system construction of artificial intelligence courses, this paper analyzes the problems in the current teaching process, such as the disconnection between teaching content and industry positions, insufficient teaching resources and low quality, and the relatively homogenized teaching implementation and evaluation methods. After findings of that combining the current needs of artificial intelligence technology positions and application development, this paper proposes a reform plan for the teaching of artificial intelligence courses. In response to the fragmentation of practical teaching cases, low market adaptability, innovatively carry out case construction for majors, students, and industries, to follow up with the rapidly evolving artificial intelligence technology and job requirements, and solve the problem of insufficient teaching content. In the implementation of teaching, student-centered, problem-driven, and project-oriented approaches are emphasized to address the issues of teaching detachment from practice and limited learning hours. The integration of engineering training objectives with teaching practice is promoted through the construction of a feedback and adjustment mechanism for case teaching quality and a multi-dimensional evaluation plan for teaching effectiveness, thereby improving course effectiveness.

Abstract: At this stage, the rapid development of China's higher education and the in-depth advancement of education system reform have put forward higher requirements for campus capital construction. In this context, how to make full use of the limited infrastructure funds to meet the needs of the majority of teachers and students for campus infrastructure is an issue that is widely concerned in the field of college and university capital construction management at present. This paper reinterprets the goal of cost control from the perspective of college capital management, that is, to maximize the cost-effectiveness of the project life cycle by constructing a cost control system in the process of infrastructure management. The article combined with the actual situation of university infrastructure management, in-depth analysis of the project implementation process of cost control commonly faced by the difficulties and problems, by summarizing the years of experience in infrastructure work, from the infrastructure project feasibility study report preparation, program and construction drawing design, bidding management, construction management, settlement audit and so on several aspects of the cost control of the specific measures listed one by one. After analyzing and researching, it is pointed out that the cost control of university infrastructure projects is carried out throughout the whole process of project construction, which is a forward-looking, dynamic and systematic management activity, and it requires active communication and close cooperation among all the participants to form a complete management system in order to realize the ultimate goal of cost control.

Abstract: Education is the most primary sector in the world, making a significant contribution to national and international development. Different countries have their own national education policies, as well as international policies. As part of the globe, Ethiopia has its own curriculum for various programs aimed at attaining quality education by increasing the competency of learners. This review paper primarily examines the pre-and post-implementation challenges and measures of Exit Exam, which are intended to be implemented at Ethiopian higher education public and privet institution under-graduate programs to improve and ensure the quality of education, and then to increase employment and competency rates. For this review purpose different researches, curriculum documents, education policies, guidelines from institutional, national and international perspectives are reviewed. In Ethiopia, Various exit exams are given for students, such as the ministry exam for grade eight, the matric exam for grade ten, an Entrance exam for grade twelve, and now the exit exam is planned to be given for undergraduate university students at their final year to measure the overall competence of learners and their institute. This review focuses on exit exam significances and challenges in terms of implementation to measure the attitude, knowledge and skill of graduates in terms of engineering competency such as field work skills, experimental skills, programing skills, analytical skills as the exit exam is multiple choice types. For solving those gaps, a critical recommendation of pre and post implementation strategies are indicated for education policy makers and curriculum experts for preparing guideline for exit exam to enhance and assure engineering graduates competences. From this assessment based review, literatures strongly agree the presences and importance of exit exam for university graduates, but they indicate also the pre and post implementation gaps of this exam, in which this review paper try to address this gaps.

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the application on scenario simulation combined case teaching method of the doctor-patient communication skills in orthodontic graduate students. Methods: The orthodontic graduate students were trained with doctor-patient communication skills. All residents were randomly divided into control group (N=20) and the experimental group (N=20). The control group used the traditional lecture-style teaching methods. The experimental group used scenario simulation teaching combined case teaching method. To apply the Chinese Version of Liverpool Communication Skills Assessment Scale (LCSAS) to evaluate the communication skills of residents, compare the differences between the two groups in front of their own training and post-training, as well as the differences in the two groups after training. Assessing the degree of satisfaction of patients and compare the results; and to investigate the extent of recognition of residency scenario simulation teaching and case teaching method in teaching doctor-patient communication skills training in residency applications. Results: Comparing of experimental group and control group scores after the different training methods, experimental group scored significantly higher than control group (27.26 ± 3.75 vs 12.81 ± 5.18), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Patient satisfaction survey results showed that, in terms of the clear and complete condition explained by the doctor, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05); in the language of physicians kind, showing compassion, the patient can be respected and integrated communication capabilities, the experimental group was significantly higher than control group scores, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); Survey showed that 100% of the residents acknowledged the scenario simulation combined case teaching method, and which can improved doctor-patient communication skills. 95% of orthodontic graduate students believed that this teaching method can deepen the mastery of theoretical knowledge and improve the learning ability and thinking ability. Conclusions: Scenario simulation combined case teaching method could improve the doctor-patient communication skills of orthodontic graduate students, and also reduce the risk of medical disputes.

Abstract: The reform and innovation of labor education in universities in the new era is an inherent requirement and inevitable trend of the current Chinese educational concept of "simultaneous development of five educations". At present, despite the gratifying achievements of labor education reform in universities, there are still significant problems such as the underestimation of the value of education, the prominent contradiction between knowledge and practice, the lack of overall planning in the implementation of work, and the insufficient motivation of students as the main body. Universities should fully combine the actual situation of school-based labor education work, focus on the significance of the era value of labor education in universities from the perspective of ideological and political education for college students, and carry out targeted rectification of labor education in universities. Abstract: DIE (Drama in Education) is a teaching method that applies the skills of drama and theater to the curriculum with the goal of developing well-rounded students. Aiming at the problems of "four no's" and "four no's" common in traditional classrooms, this study tries to introduce DIE teaching methods in the teaching practice of landscape architecture design courses, making teachers become "directors" in organizing classes, and students become "actors" actively participating in teaching, so as to learn independently, learn from each other, experience together and discuss together. To realize the student-centered teaching method, combined with the professional teaching practice from the environment, teacher-student relationship, teaching methods of six implementation paths of classroom reform, so as to achieve the real "classroom revolution"; This paper summarizes the innovation points of integrating DIE into the "classroom revolution" in the course teaching of landscape architecture design. Abstract: In recent years, the number of college graduates has continued to increase, while the global economy is showing a mild recession trend, which has created unprecedented employment difficulties for college graduates, and employment pressure is increasing. Therefore, it is crucial to strengthen the correlation between course teaching and employability training in talent cultivation in schools, and thus improve the employability of college students. In order to solve the problem of integrating the course with the employability of college students, the paper uses USEM model to analyze how the course can improve employability of college students. The employability can be break down into five aspects, including disciplinary understanding, skills, self-efficacy, metacognition, and professional quality. Moreover, based on the improvement of employability, the overall course design, course objectives, course content, teaching methods and teaching evaluation are used to study the teaching reform of ‘Aged Policies and Regulations’. Specific measures include that the overall design of the course should focus on innovation and application, and innovate the design of the teaching objectives from three dimensions of universal legal education objectives, ideological and political education objectives, and innovative educational objectives for female college students. Reconfigure the course contents including knowledge system classification and content innovation integration the latest national policies and regulations to form a suitable teaching system for undergraduate colleges classroom in China. Integration and innovation of teaching methods to construct a modern teaching system and formative assessment is used for course assessment. Abstract: After the reform of Chinese English Test (CET) in 2013, the translation part was changed from single-sentence translation to paragraph translation, which increased the difficulty for both students and teachers obviously. The new translation test not only tests students' language application ability, but also requires them to be more aware of hot topics and vocabulary in Chinese history, culture, politics and economy, etc. In the meantime, The difficulty of the sentence structure and the translation of the logical relations between sentences have also been greatly increased. At least one or two long complicated sentences are included in each year’s translation test, which require advanced English ability to accomplish. It not only puts higher requirements on students, but also brings greater challenges to the teaching work of college English teachers. By summarizing the main points of translation assessment in recent years and combining with the analysis of the current situation of college English translation teaching, this paper, guided by reform and problem-oriented, puts forward new strategies from aspects of enlarging vocabulary, handling sentence structure, handwriting and more practices for college English translation teaching that adapt to the reform, hoping to better educate and guide students' translation learning, improve students’ translation ability and pass the test successfully.
