Abstract: The pharmaceutical analysis course is an important bridge to train students' competence in evaluating drug quality. The members of the research group combined the position requirements of quality control (QC) in pharmaceutical factory with many years of teaching experience, and wrote the pharmaceutical analysis experiment handout and PBL teaching case in line with the development of The Times. This paper analyzes the relationship between the key words in PBL case and the knowledge of the pharmaceutical analysis course, expounds the implementation process of PBL teaching and its significance, and briefly introduces the rain classroom and virtual simulation experiment platform used in teaching. Over the years, the teaching mode of combining rain classroom, PBL and virtual simulation experiment has gradually become the feature of the course of pharmaceutical analysis in our school. This paper discusses the three-dimensional teaching reform of rain classroom, PBL and virtual simulation experiment, and analyzes the teaching effect of the teaching reform with a questionnaire survey. The change of students' learning ability is analyzed from the aspects of student achievement, student self-evaluation and mutual evaluation and classroom evaluation, and it is found that the teaching mode can improve students' self-learning ability, critical thinking innovation ability, and cooperation and communication ability to a certain extent.

Abstract: Higher education should not only cultivate more senior specialized talents, but also cultivate new applied talents who can adapt to the requirements of economic and social transformation, development, and scientific and technological transformation, and have "high moral cultivation, comprehensive quality, strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability, and strong practical application ability". The role of traditional classrooms is mainly to cultivate students' basic knowledge quality and general abilities. The advantage lies in the systematic and solid mastery of basic knowledge, but the cultivation of core literacy and competitiveness of students' application ability is relatively lacking, and the effect of "two strong and one high" talent cultivation regulations is not obvious. In recent years, the country has focused on the construction and reform of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents, and has successively issued a series of documents and carried out a series of actions. "Brand Clothing Planning and Design" is a compulsory course for students majoring in clothing to improve their professional literacy. After long-term exploration, research, and practice, it has proposed three restructuring principles that focus on the "applicability, novelty, and logic" of the teaching content for the optimization and reconstruction of this course; In the practice of optimizing and reconstructing teaching content, it is necessary to take enhancing the applicability of teaching content as the main line of optimizing and reconstructing it, infiltrate curriculum ideology and politics into the entire process of teaching and educating people as the theme of optimizing and reconstructing it, tap the essence of traditional Chinese culture as the main guide of optimizing and reconstructing teaching content, cultivate students' international perspective as a main axis of optimizing and reconstructing teaching content, so that students can expand their learning range on the basis of learning textbooks well, Strive to surpass the teaching materials in terms of the breadth and depth of knowledge learning. Abstract: Due to the shortage of funds for local universities, the investment in laboratory safety cannot be fully guaranteed, and the construction of safety protection supporting facilities and safety management is lagging behind, so safety is seriously challenged. In recent years, labs have been opened and shared more, and the potential safety risk factors have increased. Laboratory safety accidents occur from time to time, which seriously threaten the lives of teachers and students. Therefore, the safety management of laboratories in local universities needs to be strengthened. By summarizing the current situation of laboratory safety management in local universities, this study analyzes the obvious shortcomings of laboratory safety management in terms of system and regulations, site planning, team building and informationization level from physical and human factors. For example, unclear authority and responsibility between departments, there is insufficient safety management front in laboratory planning and construction, and the safety awareness of personnel is weak. In view of the risks in safety management work, suggestions are made in four aspects: laboratory management system, laboratory technical team construction, regularization of safety education, and optimization of safety management information platform, with a view to providing reference for the effective operation of laboratory safety work in local universities.

Abstract: On the basis of studying the economic ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, this article reshapes the ideological and political teaching content, teaching methods, and methods of the course "Western Economics", in order to better construct the ideological and political education of the course "Western Economics". Firstly, based on the economic ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, ideological and political elements are internalized into basic theories, teaching content is supplemented and improved, the depth and breadth of professional knowledge are expanded, and students are guided to understand and master relevant economic concepts and theories. Western Economics itself contains a large amount of ideological and political elements. Abstract: In order to promote Curriculum Ideology and Politics construction solidly and continuously, this paper takes traffic system engineering course as example, explores the integration method of theprofessional knowledgeand ideological and political element and proposes the idea of Curriculum Ideology and Politics teaching design. As we know, traffic system engineering is a specialized core course, and the course content focuses on thinking methods. Many professional knowledge points are important and difficult. So Micro-course was recorded. Meanwhile, the characteristic of Micro-coursewas integrated in the Curriculum Ideology and Politics teaching design. And in the teaching design, the spirit of HIT, engineering ethics, and university history are the main ideological and political elements. Scientific and technological figures, the frontier of transportation science and technology and the major projects are carefully selected to tell the Chinese story and teachers should set good example to the student. According to the idea of overall teaching design, two specific design cases are provided in order to make readers understand the implementation process of Curriculum Ideology and Politics teaching design. Abstract: With the exploration and transformation from planned economy to socialist market economy since reform and opening up, China’s economy has turned into a new stage of high-speed development. During this process, the employment mechanism of university students has experienced several transferring periods from unified distribution to independent selection which affects the supply and demand patterns among graduates and employers. Graduates have more opportunities to choose their future career based on their own interests, so colleges and universities have more responsibility to guide students build up view of employment. For college and university students, how to achieve high-quality employment is always their focus. For the university employment work, the transformation of view and contribution to fulfill high-quality employment is the emphasis of work so university education work should adapt to the development of the market economy. Achieving high-quality employment is closely linked to the development of national economy and prosperity as well as the graduates; personal development and value realization. Colleges and universities should adjust their cultivation mode to satisfy the demands of market economy. To achieve this goal, platforms and mechanisms are required to establish for multi-discipline courses, practical teaching, career planning and students' employment capacities completely to improve graduates' professional qualities and employment skills.
